I work in the mall and everyone I go in there is a young man named Lloyd. Lloyd is a extremely kind and helpful and always brightens my day. There is also a girl named jo who is very kind and friendly. Great staff!

Even on one of the most busiest weekends, the shoe department was very efficient getting me my requested shoes and check out was a breeze!

I go mostly for the golf equipment, very large selection of balls, clubs, bags, and the do club maintenance like changing shafts or regripping.

Was in a jam when my child forgot their soccer socks at the house. They didn't have her size on the floor and although the sales associate didn't initially offer to check the back, I asked myself after looking further with no luck. They did return with a pair from the back!

Alex was great. I went looking for spiked track shoes and he was well informed and very helpful. Thanks Alex. You rock!

I had the best experience here last week!! I came in to buy one item and on my way out my stroller tire went flat. I was passing the bike section and asked if I could barrow a bike pump to put air in it. Not only did the men in the bike department help me fix my flat tire, but rotated and put air in all the other tires as well! Goes to show how amazing their customer service is. Will absolutely continue to give them my business. Thank you Josh and David at Polaris!

Pleasantly surprised at the selection of hockey equipment here. They have a ton of odds and ends, but nothing really beats Perannis at the end of the day. Regardless, I was happy with it. Good swimming selection as well, especially considering we went out of season in the middle of winter. Not going to find many deals or low prices here, but their selection is worth it.

Great customer service. Had purchased bikes for my husband and myself, mine is amazing, my husband is very picky and went through several bikes before finding one that works. There was one bike that the store didn't have to allow a return for though they did, they worked very closely with us to make sure that he was satisfied!

Me and my friend bought two items and he had paid for my Pittsburgh Steelers hat now I have to wait until fall to get my Pittsburgh Steelers Jersey Dwayne Haskins Jr Jersey so that I can keep his Legacy going during the Pittsburgh steelers fall season football game

Always a good place to shop for sports. Prices have risen over the years, but where has it not? They did have a sign in the door saying they'd match lower prices if need be though, so that's awesome (barnes and noble, take notice). Very clean place with fun, nice employees.

What a great service experience in the field and stream section with hiking shoes I had so many questions and the staff had the answers that I needed. Unfortunately I had to go to the Dick's in Dublin for the size. Exactly the opposite in customer service.

I'm so glad that I found this Dick's and field and stream with staff that is so helpful because I'm buying so much equipment in preparation for an upcoming trip.

I will definitely be back.

Went into Dick's tonight, not long before closing time and i have to say, it was a wonderful experience! The young man, Logan, who helped my boyfriend and I in the mens shoes was extremely helpful. My bf wears a size 14 shoe and Logan went the extra mile to not only bring us all the size 14s he could find, but also tried to match the style my bf was into. Bravo Logan! Your customer service was outstanding and because of that, we will be back. Thank you!

I hate that I cannot remember the y’all gentleman’s name at the front, but he was a big help. I was visiting for work and planned on attending a Columbus Crew game. At first I was hesitant on purchasing a jersey from dicks, and asked for other options located in the mall. He gave me his suggestion and I attempted to find a cheaper outlet. But I had no success. When I returned to the counter , he treated me with a question,”No luck?”. We chatted for a little, and he proceeded to sign me up for a Dicks reward card. He made me realize how much money I do spend at Dicks. You guys have a keeper.
