I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.

Connie was so helpful. Her store was out of stock on an item and she checked it for another store. We were able to drive a few miles and get the item we needed.

What can you say it's home depot adult male kid in candy store. Place was clean staff was helpful found my product where it said it would be on my phone.

The store is very clean and organized.
There is much improvement over the last 3 or more months!!

On the afternoon of Sunday, August 6th, I stop by the Cleveland Avenue store to pick up an accessory for one of my plant pots.
I asked for assistance from a staff member ..."Donna".
She was extremely helpful. She was extremely polite and attentive. She actually helped me with something else as well and gave some very good advice.
The next time I go into home depot...I will look for Donna.

I rented a truck and trailer this afternoon, and I had to write a review before I forgot. It took a few minutes to get the hitch lock off the truck, so I was a few minutes late getting going, but it was fine. The guy helping me was awesome. In every way, I really felt appreciated as a customer.

This was my first time renting here, and I will definitely go back here if I need to rent anything else.

This could have easily been a one-star review but thanks to the stellar service of Ryan and Jeremy, it is a five-star review. I am a new, young homeowner and made the mistake of buying a toilet with the pipe pointing down, rather than one that had the pipe pointing into the wall (what my house needed, as its old). The box I bought the toilet in was damaged so I couldn't put the heavy toilet back in it to return. I called Home Depot to make sure I could make the return before making my way to the store and they confirmed I could do so. However, an unhelpful associate at the return center said my return was a "bio hazard" because it was out of the box. So if I used the toilet, put it back in the box and returned it, it would have been accepted?! That makes no sense! Luckily, an associate named Ryan and a manager called Jeremy returned the UNUSED, NON BIO HAZARD toilet for me. I really appreciate it gentlemen. Thank you for letting common sense prevail.

I went in looking for tid bit and the employee of the year Bryan kindly informed me it was called a drill bit :-) He was very friendly, patient and helpful.

They have a gecko that they named "Gigi" in their garden department. What more could you possibly ask for? (Apparently he was a stowaway on a tropical flower shipment that they got or something).

I've been going to this Home Depot on Cleveland Avenue for 30 years. I've never had a problem 1. Today was the same, I went in found what I needed, came home and installed it, everything worked out fine.

Large, well organized garden center and plenty of staff inside and in the garden center to get speedy assistance. This is not the closest location to my home but worth the few extra miles.

I am particularly fond of their cull lumber that is usually damaged and 70% off. I just bought stuff I will use for furniture backs or drawer bottoms.

Although I usually go to my local Ace hardware store, For some things you just need a big box store. I buy a lot of construction lumber here. My latest trip purchased some wood glue and planting supplies.

The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

In my experience this has been a good location.

The guys at the pro desk are the best funny too always have a good time there they make the trip better
