Our experience with Orkin has been great so far. Our home is almost 100 years old and we never see any bugs anymore - even in the basement! Our service technician Adam is very polite, efficient, and is always on time. If you don’t want to worry about spiders, ants, centipedes, or silverfish again, this service is right for you.

I’ve had Orkin for a long time. But now since moving to another area Max is just about my favorite person! He always takes care of me and my home. He always has helpful advice or answers for me! The young man was very polite and patient with me. He took the time to explain the process as he was going along. As he was doing the outside perimeter, he even noticed a small hole around the air conditioner that he told me to plug. He provided great service!!

I have had the best experience. I am hoping that continuing services will cure my problems but I trust their opinion and judgement. My home was a little messy because I have 4 children and I hadn’t gotten off of work so I didn’t have a chance to do my daily cleaning, but the technician did not judge my home and made us feel really comfortable. They were also really honest with me about the condition of my home and what they can do to help my problem. I've had Orkin for the pass 10-11years and my service had been great. I've had a few good tech through the years. Now I have Adam and he is absolutely amazing. He listens to my needs, concerns and he is very polite and answers all my questions thoroughly.
Out of the years I had 2 problems. #1. Different people servicing my home. But I do understand to a degree. #2. Had a tech that wasn't mine regular tech service my home and having animals and expensive birds, he sprayed in my home with a product that is ment for outside, he could have potentially harmed or killed my fur and feather babies. Lucky he is no longer employed with the company. So besides that Okin is a good company and I look forward to continuing my services with the company as long as I have Adam as my service technician.

The best company for pest and rodents control. Had problems with rodents in my new built home. Their professional was knowledgeable and attentive to our problems. We immediately had a trust factor set in with the professional and we had the mice captured in 3-4 weeks. The professional made sure that the rodent and pest problems are tackled completely!! I highly recommend ORKIN company for pest and rodent control.

Extremely happy with our service! Brian came out today for our free termite inspection. He was very authentic and informative. This Orkin branch has not let us down! They have been coming out for about six/seven months or so. We live in an old house that has many pests. On top of us trying to deal with the rehabilitation side, orkin has taken care of the pests for us! We are extremely appreciative of Orkin, and their inspectors.

I’ve always had a good experience with the technicians from Orkin. I do the seasonal treatments which have been effective for keeping pests out of my house. I also like that when you do the seasonal treatment plan, they’ll come out for free if you have any issues outside your scheduled service. For example I’ve had them come take care of carpenter bees in my fence, as well as a wasp nest in my yard. I’d recommend these guys to anyone having pest problems, or for pest prevention.

So grateful for Orkin and especially James! I called at 10pm, had an appointment the next day! James exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety! Highly recommend Orkin! Thank you!

I didn't realize that I would feel such a sense of relief when I know the orkin guy is coming to review my pest problem. He not only takes care of my fungus flies he also alerted me to a potential groundhog problem digging at the base of my foundation. I probably would not have found that until June when I'm doing my gardening around the house. Thank you so much for giving me that sense of relief

The man that came out for the inspection was very informative. He showed me what we needed and was great with time. The man thatdid our second treatment was amazing he did a thorough walk around inside and out treated the house was very friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
