I love this lulu location. The staff is always very helpful and kind. If I can’t find my size they always offer to order online right in store which is very helpful. They also make the pick up in store fast and efficient which I greatly appreciate.

Smaller store than I’m accustom to but nice none the less. Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked.

Great store, great staff, and a great brand all around. A few weeks ago I searched the mall for over an hour going to different stores trying on pants and none fit/looked the way I wanted them to. I stopped in and tried on the ABC Slim and purchased them immediately. Even got them hemmed for free. Easily the most comfortable pant i’ve ever worn and they look great with about everything. I wear them almost everyday to work. My one is concern is that ever since I purchased the pants I've been losing the hair on the back of my calves. Don’t know if this is something with the fabric or a medical condition but I don’t really care. Still a 10/10 pant. I hope to get another pair soon.

Hands down the best lululemon in central Ohio. Even on a weekend day, the staff was super helpful, did a great job managing the long line, and has rockstar associates. My size was not available in store, but thankfully the associate helping me had let me know it was online, and boom, it was ordered. I will definitely be visiting Polaris over Easton (and any other location) from now on.

Honestly the shopping experience was pretty chill with social distancing. Associates are more available to assist and there aren't as many people in the store which is great. They also have a virtual waiting line that makes waiting more efficient.

Had a minor problem with an item we ordered online. I received the wrong item, and they were super responsive and extremely helpful, making the situation right. The staff is always friendly and nice to deal with.

Best clothing/lifestyle/etc brand ever. This is a very premium store, and everything sold here is amazing high quality. The staff at this location are wonderful, there is a happy surprise in every article of clothing sold here, and generally I love the company. Will be coming back for years.

Went into lululemon searching for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, I knew nothing about their men’s clothing and sizing. Employee Mike helped me out so much! If you go into Lululemon Polaris and he’s there I recommend you talk to him if you need help. He explained to me the fit of the clothing and helped me pick out 2 pairs of pants according to my boyfriends size. Overall he was very helpful and very friendly which made it really easy to spend my money. He ran into the back twice to check on other options and sizes for me. Thank you Mike!

They're great! I had a tare in the stiching of my leggings after only a week. I took them in and they replaced them no questions asked. I love my Lululemon leggings
