TMA - Tire Muffler Alignment - West

Called in to get a tire bead receded on my dually mini bus, they got me in on time. Good, quick service. Had me in and out in 20 minutes.

My sequoia needed a wheel alignment, my steering wheel required a little leftward tilt in order for the truck to drive straight.

TMA did a great job for a reasonable price, 1/5 of what this would have cost had i taken it to the Toyota dealership.

They seem to have a competent and efficient staff. I waited for the alignment to be completed in the waiting room. Completed in a reasonable amount of time (they were very busy but seemed to be handling the volume just fine). Not the cleanest lobby area but i do not really care. Focusing on what matters, the price point/value proposition of this place is gold plated.

This place passed the test, and I will be returning and bringing my other vehicles here to have other work done.

Got us set for an appointment on our requested day. Staff were very friendly and they did a great job a fair price. Will return.

Everyone was professional, quick, and friendly. The work was completed sooner than hoped, and no problems since. Would absolutely take my vehicles there again.

Excellent service and great customerservice! They quoted me a job to fix the muffler, new tires, alignment and oil change. It cost exactly that amount and the did a great job, also they did it quick. Could not have been more pleased.

I've been going here a long time, as far back. I can remember, I used to handle all the maintenance for a fleet of construction vehicles as well using these guys, they have really always taken care of me, never lied to me and all of those experiences have been generally void of any mistakes. Some things do happen but whenever they have they fixed it and where up front. Can't recommend them enough. I just wish they weren't as busy as they always are (probably because they are good at what they do).

Very nice staff. They charge a very fair price for good quality service. I had an issue with my tires when driving from Colorado, they balanced tires and patched one with a nail inside. I drove the car for 8 hrs back home and no issue at all. Very professional service and I highly recommend them.

Great service with friendly staff. I had to take my vehicle in for a tire mount/balance/alignment and they did a good job w/decent prices compared to other shops.
I had to bring my vehicle back due to uneven wear on my tires, 2 were ruined. They quickly got my vehicle checked out an 2 new tires w/another balance check. Very helpful shop and staff!

Return for service today and alignment, they got me in actually earlier than my scheduled time and I got out of there in a reasonable amount of time, even with an estimate on my windshield washer pump which had failed this week.

I’ve read the reviews online and obtained quotes from different tire places in Rapid City, and the team at TMA really held up to the reviews. The price is what sold me on TMA. They were substantially lower than the other shops i’ve stopped into, getting quotes for the same tire. Excellent customer service given by Kyle. I was able to get cost efficient, quality tires for my truck. They will have return business for sure. Thanks for the service TMA!

I have to say that Clint and his crew are just amazing! I took my car in to change out some tires and they went above & beyond. Fast, friendly, and gave me such great tips on maintaining my car and tires! Would recommend to anyone!
