Ziggi's Coffee

My family and i were visiting from out of town, and stopped in to grab a bite to eat, and some drinks for the road.

The service was exceptionally fast (serving over 20 people!)and the hostess was welcoming & very accommodating to our needs(including gluten free options!💖).

The food was good and the establishment as a whole was kept very clean.

We were visiting the Black Hills region from out of state and needed to find our morning coffee/breakfast before our day started.

I am gluten sensitive so usually have to forego food items. But what a surprise to find that they have a gluten free breakfast sandwich and pastries! The other major chain we're all familiar with doesn't have any gluten free breakfast sandwiches or pastries. The breakfast burritos that everyone else ordered were really good also.

There are lots of different drink options other than coffee, and I chose a citrus sunburst refresher to help keep me hydrated for our day of touring.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Meghan gave us tips for our travels and even brought our food out on plates to our table. The space is clean and accommodating. Most important, the bathrooms were spotless which is always a pleasant surprise.

We don't have this coffee chain where we live, but it would be nice to have one. It's always nice to try out different places when we are traveling.

I highly recommend a visit, especially for gluten free/sensitive people.

I ordered a 24oz iced Carmel macchiato. The drink was strong and they had oat milk to accommodate me with my lactose intolerant self.

I love Ziggis! Fast, friendly service and I love their indoor seating. Nice and spacious! Their food... So good! Cheaper than Starbucks and so much better too!

This place is my favorite!! Right now I get the pumpkin pie blender! My other favorite is salted Carmel blender! I don’t know the gentleman that works there but he is always smiley and happy even at 5:30 am in the morning! Always makes my morning when I stop to get coffee!

Used drive-thru. Ziggi’s blended caramel macchiato with almond milk was the first coffee drink to not make me sick! Delicious, satisfying, and the service was amazing!!!! New favorite coffee shop in town!

Just stopped this morning for coffee and a bagel. Super quick, friendly service and it’s delicious! Peanut butter white mocha blender and everything bagel are chefs kiss 😁

Great coffee with terrific flavor combos! Easy access with plenty of parking. Check out the patio at the back of the coffee shop looking over the city. A little sound dampening would be nice. I'll be back!!

Best coffee I’ve had! I got the iced turtle and my husband got the iced vanilla latte and they both were so good! Not too sweet but not too overpowered by the coffee flavor. Fast through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was very polite. The lady at the window was very nice too! Will definitely be my new place to go for coffee when we come to Rapid!

My family I were traveling back from Yellowstone and needed an energy boost. My 14 year old looked up their menu and was excited by how large it was and all they had to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dinnig/waiting area, as well as the restrooms were very clean. We were in a hurry so the quick service was very appreciated and the drinks were just what we need to complete the trip back to Iowa. This will be a mandatory stop anytime we are passing through in the future!

Great coffee and food! The breakfast burritos were very tasty. Exceptional, friendly service as well. Had not heard of this chain but would patronize it if they were to expand to California where we're from. A great choice if you're in Rapid City.

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Great coffee with amazing sizes!!! Love that they actually have a large size of coffee! Had a issue with a coupon messing up and Jason was great really helpful and trusted me and got it to work! Amazing staff and amazing place look forward to going there everytime just what we needed in Rapid great coffee with great customer service!! ❤

Had a great breakfast and Ziggi’s! The barista was very friendly and upbeat, food (bagel sandwich, burrito and smoothie) and coffee were all delicious. Quick service and super convenient location off the interstate! Highly recommend.

Was overall the best coffee shop experience. Super friendly and welcoming. Ordered 4 drinks and the Manager Jason helped me carry them to my car! Peach Blast was superb!

I have been drinking coffee for years…I ordered the same drink I order everywhere else - I was shocked at how AMAZING the Ziggi’s version was!! I now crave it every single morning. Thank you Ziggy’s for getting it absolutely perfect!!! 10/10. The breakfast sandwiches are also yummy!! AND they have a “kids menus” which is so rare and awesome for a coffee spot, something Starbucks doesn’t have.

Awesome! The employees are very kind. The coffee is hot and delicious. There is no taste of burnt coffee or coffee grounds. The texture is very smooth and the taste isn't too sweet. Just the right amount. I think it is really neat how they use simmered chocolate milk instead of chocolate syrup. Definitely will come back here.

I was visiting the area with my family. Went here for a virtual business meeting. Free high speed internet, great coffee and a tasty blueberry lemon breakfast bread. The owner was present. He asked if he could turn the music down! Clean, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I would recommend again and again.

Stopped in right before closing time on the way to a week of camping in the state park. Good tasting brew coffee and well made Americano. Barista named Taryn was amazingly helpful and cheerful even so close to end of day. Definitely coming back with employees like that working here

Great coffee and awesome service. Got the Java Chip and it was so good.
