Never have I had to wait for a long time either in the drive through or inside. The staff is fast and friendly!

I work here and I love it everyone is so nice and when it gets busy we try and have food out fast

Everything is delicious great service and if the restroom 🚻 need cleaning 🧹🧼 they clean it right away

We drove through to get the food. We also had the burgers cooked to well done and they did a good job on cooking the burgers.

I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s I prefer to use curbside. There was a wait one day and the employee who brought my food out was soooooo nice!!! I wished I remembered her name, she apologized for the wait, I told her no big deal. My food was fresh!!! Fries were fresh and my sandwich’s which were 2 cheeseburgers were also fresh. Thankyou for having kind employees who are pros at customer service!!!

This is my go to McD's when in rapid City they are always fast, friendly and get the order right! Clean bathrooms are a plus too. The parking lot is a little cramped if you want to get to the drive thru, but not so bad I won't go there. Also they are very nice to DoorDashers which I can always appreciate while picking up an order I'm delivering.

Considering the price of the food, it is very good! I had my burger within 5 minutes of ordering and it was good.

I literally just left, but to the (white) boy wearing a blue shirt - blonde hair - who gave us our food was great! We had to wait like 2 extra minutes for a cookie because they were out (just isn't a problem because I also work in fast food) and he came to check on us and gave us a fee pie...excellent service from him...hopefully someone sees this and gives him a shout out!

Good food. Nice place. They have good customer service and hardly ever get my order wrong.

I visited this location yesterday and glad I did. First, the older gentleman in the drive thru was very respectful and courteous. The young lady the gave me my food was also very pleasant. My food was hot and delicious! My big mac looked just like the picture.

Literally SO grateful! Excellent customer service! We had something wrong with one of our burgers, and as soon as we alerted them, they took it back, then checked on what our full order was, remade our ENTIRE ORDER and refunded us the full order value! Completely above and beyond service - thank you so much, guys! You completely made our day, and this will a bright spot story for awhile!

The food is great, the service is okay, the other day my mom got some food from there, it took almost 30-40 mins... But it was still good.

Always love the prices of McDonalds. The line can get very long and you wait about 15 mins but that shows the food is good. If it is not, you just go in and they will fix it for you which is great. They want to make sure you get a good experience. Keep up the good work E North McDonalds team!!

The service was fast, and the food was hot.

The McDs App takes some time for familiarity, but then it's a cinch, especially if you upload your form of payment.
You get points for purchases, so every once in awhile I grab a free burger, fries or Coke. The app provides great deals:
2-for1's and 20% discount on larger orders...every time!
Only Criticism: You can't "redeem points on a purchase" at the same time you use a "deal" ...what's up with that? One is a reward for all if those past purchases, while the other is the discount on a separate purchase.
Hey McDds! You want more return business? Then let the reward be it's own thing.

Order ahead, or in a numbered parking spot....use the app to indicate your parking sign #...then sit back and relax until a McDs employee delivers the order to your car...A meal that's hot & fresh from the the kitchen.
*Just remember to "customize" if you want ketchup with your fries, or extra pickles on your burger, or no onion.
McDonald's is a visit back to the days of the classic Arnold's Drive-In, but with technology & discounts.

Never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. They're busy a lot and a little slower because of it, but never had them make a mistake yet

Went to the Drive through . It was fast & The food was hot & tastey . Love McDonald's Breakfast.
