This is a very organized and pleasant place to shop. Usually very satisfactory inventory. Easy to pick up online purchases.

The Bozeman Kohls department store is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lorraine is an exceptional sales and cash register clerk😁 making it somewhat fun in spending my money.

Very welcoming and clean. Fast service. Great variety of clothes and accessories.

I have actually enjoyed my shopping trips to Kohl's in the past few trips !
The only thing I did have trouble with was that there's no separation or signage in place for clothing. They said that they discontinued petite altogether for Sephora, which is slated for 2024.
That will give them a huge new customer base that they could def use .
I seen the store as clean as a whistle, even the bathroom !

The Bozeman store is always well shocked with a friendly staff. Can't go wrong with their shopping experience.

I had the best service while picking up an online order. Not only was the team up front super friendly and explained their new-to-me self pickup, but when I picked my item up, the tag had a handwritten note from Karen (she’s the best!) thanking me for my order and complimenting my choice. Great job, Kohls crew!

Very friendly staff here! Greeted immediately when I entered the store, told where I needed to go to take my Amazon return, and even given a cart. They are also fastidious with cleaning carts, wearing masks, and keeping staff and customers safe from covid-19

Kohl's is always great. The Bozeman Kohl's has the nicest staff in town. They offer buy online pick up in store options.
The best way to shop with them is to apply for their credit card, with their rewards. It takes less than a minute, And then you get coupons constantly!

Kohl's has a variety of merchandise, and great sales in every department. We had the most awesome clerk checking us out at the register. Very pleasant, and let us know how much we saved -- making us even happier we shopped there! Her name is Julie -- get in her line if you can!!

The usual Kohl's selections and prices. Quality isn't always the best. Makeup sales here can be pretty fantastic! The store is usually pretty messy, but this works in your favor if you are willing to dig for the sales! Also, check the price tags - sometimes they mark UP on the tags.

***update*** Had to raise my rating to 5 stars after receiving amazing customer service from an absolutely wonderful cashier tonight. She helped us track down items not in store, order them, find a great coupon, and made the order right at the kiosk in store with is. Even when the kiosk was being very uncooperative, she was persistent and positive. Thumbs up customer service!!

Returned an item... they were amazing. I even told them when I got there that I would not be mad if they declined my return. I had bought it months before on my Kohl's card, I had no receipt, couldn't remember when I bought it. They spent a lot of time finding the item on my card and then refunding my my. Way above and beyond customer service!!!

I am always impressed with the service desk employees. Their friendliness keeps me coming back. The makeup department is ALWAYS neat and clean. The store, overall, is very neat and organized. The only place the store is consistently in disarray is the bbn handbags.

Ok, some people may say it's pricey, but I say, it's worth it. They have lots of options for clothing, and almost everytime I go, I find something I like. Also – it's worth mentioning – YOU CAN RETURN AMAZON ITEMS THERE.
