I would recommend All Creatures Veterinary Hospital to anyone who needs a vet. We bring all four of our dogs. The staff is not only friendly, but always willing to help you and your pets feel confident in the after care at home. I have never felt pressured by any of their recommendations, the staff wants you to be informed, and for you to make the best decision for your pet. Highly Recommend!

My pup was quite anxious when I brought her in for her 1st visit, but they managed her so effortlessly. Dr. Falcon and his staff are very kind, compassionate and thorough.

First time here, our dog had some out of control nails. Cut them back and removed dew claws. Everyone was so awesome, thank you so very much.

All Creatures Vet is the best vet they are loving and caring with my fur babies and took good care of my puppies I lost last month. They we gental to my needs as well as the needs of my puppie. There was no rush on this very hard day.

Such a great place! I took my bearded dragon in and he was so knowledgeable and instantly knew what to do/made sure I also knew what to do to take care of what was going on with my beardie! The girls in there (desk/techs) were also super sweet! 10/10 recommend!

All Creatures is our go to vet any time our babies need some extra attention. Dr. Falcon did an amazing job taking care of my dog Roka when he had a sebaceous cyst on his prepuce; he stitched him up and everything is looking great. We appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the doctors and staff and the affordable prices they offer doesn't hurt at all.

We always get enough time with the Vet and he always goes over and above to help us with our pets. We love the respect and comfort from All Creatures.

All Creatures have been great with our cats, Pumpkin and Willow. The staff are all kind and helpful and Dr. Falcon is great! This last visit was our second visit with them. We will return!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing All Creatures is. We are staying in Keystone and our puppy had an accident and needed care asap. I sent an email before they opened and also planned on calling right at 8 so we could get him in quickly well I never even had to call because Jessie called me 5 min after I sent the email and told me one of their vets could see Duke right away. This was such a relief for us. When we arrived we were in awe of their efficiency, professionalism, and compassion for our furr baby. We were in and out in 25 minutes and our puppy is now on the mends. I so wish we lived here to make this our primary clinic. I would give All Creatures a 1000000 stars if I could! Thank you so much for tending to Duke and making us feel cared for in a time of helplessness!

My significant other and I came down from ND to visit family, and we’re coming home with a pet! We were very relieved that Blue could be seen on such short notice before we took her home to our other two cats. They took great care of our new fur baby!

They were unable to do her spay & declaw due to being unsure when she had her litter, but I really appreciate Dr. Falcon looking out for what was in her best interests. He truly is a vet who puts the patient first, and he did a wonderful job advocating for her.

I do wish they would do more extensive screening when setting up the surgery, because I had mentioned several times on the phone that she had somewhat recently had a litter of kittens. Had they told me when I was scheduling the surgery that they prefer to do a spay at least 2 months out from birth (and/or weaning?) due to bleeding risks, I would have called her previous home and tried to pinpoint when she had her kittens exactly, given that all of them have since been weaned from her and found their forever homes.

But all in all, I’m still very pleased with the service she received. Staff was very friendly and communicative, and they took their time answering any questions I had both at the hospital and over the phone in the days after her vaccinations. They were also transparent about the estimate for services, which was appreciated. Blue is at least vaccinated with a clean bill of health. I would absolutely go back if we lived near Rapid City!

How is anyone’s dog, specifically a nervous Malinois, this happy at the vet? Thank you so much to Dr. Falcon and his team for providing great care to my babies, as well as great communication and follow up with me. I also have brought my kitty here, not quite as excited as my dog, but the team did great with her. I currently live in Texas but am visiting for the summer, and will definitely make it a point to make this location my primary care provider (non emergency, of course) for my babies, regardless of the long drive :) I will also make it a point to share this clinic with friends and family; our pets deserve the best, and least stressful, care. This clinic is more than willing to provide that. Thanks again!

Got vaccines here for our dog and she had a bad reaction. Called the vet back and they gave us advice and even let us come back same day just to check on her. Very friendly and great staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Falcon is the best! So caring and knowledgeable. His staff are also always so kind.

Loved the services . Was treated with respect and they helped my dog with her vaccines and when she got sick. We continued going here. Wonderful place. Recommended to other animal parents. Seeing all the other animals feels like home when my dog sees the employees and other animals. Positive place .

All Creatures Veterinary Hospital is a high quality very professional clinic. Dr Falcon and his staff are very competent and caring! They have been taking care of our cats for years. They have saved and extended their lives several times. We are thankful to have found them years ago and continue to trust in them with our furry family members care.

They take careful, considerate care of both my baby girl, Elsa, a German Shepherd and of me, if I am worried about her. They are practiced and knowledgeable and share every bit of that knowledge to comfort you as the concerned dog mom!!

We went in the morning after a holiday with no appointment and were met with very helpful and empathic staff who got our special girl taken care of right away. They worked out timing for our busy work schedules for pick up and were thorough in describing the bill. No unexpected charges and great service all around.
