Mountain View Animal Hospital

When we moved to Rapid City we realized there was a vet conveniently located at the end of our block, Canyon Lake Vet. We immediately loved the staff and they loved our two pups in turn. When they moved to only serving out of the Mountain View location, we of course followed. Fast forward 4 years and they've become like family to our pets. We wouldn't take them anywhere else. They have bent over backwards on multiple occasions to get our two pups the care they need. Douglas and Lucy love you all! And Shawn and Leslie are forever grateful.

My little guy is a rescue....riding in the car is stressful for him, then arriving at the vet's office?
The staff was so caring...within the first 5 minutes he settled down. When they came to take him for lab work, the Doctor was so calm and reassuring with him that he didn't experience his usual separation anxiety.
I was impressed by the entire staff....they truly care about making you and your pet feel comfortable and secure about the care received.

We've been using Mountain View Animal Hospital for many years. Staff is always professional and so caring. Dr's Nick and Sabrina are very knowledgeable and kind. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. Highly recommend without reservation.

Dr. Serena took the time to listen and then explain everything thoroughly. Overall a pleasant experience especially compared to some other animal clinics in the area.

I absolutely love this vet office! Not only did they make me feel so welcome but also made me feel at ease knowing that my dog would be taken care of very well. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. I can not say enough good things about this Vet.
They have by far the best customer service I've ever had. The front desk gals are always friendly and on top of everything. They will call to remind you of upcoming appointments. They even have a texting program. They follow up the next day to check on your pet. They have even squeezed me in to get vaccinations. I had to board my dog at Meiner's (they are the worst). They make me feel like my yellow lab is an inconvenience. At Mountain View, they treat my dog like an absolute princess. You can tell you are in good hands at Mountain View. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gave me the best advice for my dog. I love Mountain View Animal Hospital, and so will you!

I’ve been bring my dogs to Mountain View for the past 4 years. All of our dogs enjoy going to the vet! I don’t have to drag them through the door. They love the entire staff.

The care given to my dogs is never rushed and the staff explains every detail so that I understand.

All of the staff are amazing. Tianna treats my dog and me like part of her family, Amanda communicated so well with text updates and Dr Merideth patiently answered all of my questions and made me comfortable with the care plan.

The people here genuinely care about my dogs, and are always incredibly friendly. They don't hesitate to get my dogs in last minute if something is going on with them.

Mt. View Animal Hospital has very caring veterinarians and vet technicians. The quality of care has always been very good.

My cats have been going here since 1996 or so. Took wonderful care of our 1st two cats. Taking wonderful care of our current two cats. Complete confidence in the care provided by Dr Serena and Dr Nick. Both are compassionate and helpful in helping you understand the needs of your animals.
Unfortunately, I cannot name the whole staff but EVERYONE from the previous Canyon Lake Venenary Hospital who have merged with Mt View Animal Hospital and staff from the current merged organization are wonderful to work with. Caring, Compassionate, and efficient. I have had the opportunity to work with visiting Drs and never had a problem with any temps. (Hey we are all allowed a vacation some time. :-) )
I do miss our resident Cat in Waiting - Robert (Bob) who has gone over the Rainbow Bridge recently. He will be missed.

The staff at Mountain View Animal Hospital are very kind to Eddie (Our Son, I mean Dog). During Eddie's vet visits, they are very calm, kind, and thorough with his exam/care. I highly recommend this place for your Pet's health care needs . ***** Eddie gives them 5 paws up too!

Wonderful people here, followed them over from Canyon Lake. We trust our cats with them since we moved to Rapid in 2005. Our cats give them 2 paws up!

Vet techs and veterinarians are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely continue to use them for future vaccinations and visits.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is very attentive to our little guy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
