Avoid the big chain rentals. Broke down labor day weekend.
Couldn't get anyone to look at our truck till Tuesday. Found Casey's on Google search called them and they had a vehicle for us to rent in a hour. Really reasonable prices and super friendly and helpful.

Frankie at Casey's Auto Rental was fantastic! While our SUV was getting repaired by local mechanic, we needed rental. There were absolutely NO rental vehicles available in all of Rapid City. Mechanic recommended Casey's and we were able to secure a clean, well maintained Camry for the duration of our repair period. Fairly priced. Frankie was very helpful, such a positive personality!

Caseys to the rescue!! Our car broke down and couldn’t find a car in rapid city, I accidentally found Casey’s car rental, he had an older silverado pickup, 4 doors a very long, but hey im a working cowboy and drive these so problem, i hated bringing it back! They worked with us and cared about us and our situation, i cant say enough good things about this company, it was a pleasure just hanging out and talking , thank you so much my friends at Caseys! Casey's auto rental saved the day! Only in town for 24 hours, my reservation at large chain called at 7:30 a.m. to tell me they had NO cars. I called all major rental companies, which were all out of cars. Frankie had 1 SUV left, which we immediately picked up. It saved our day! We toured all the local known areas. GREAT experience! Will spread the word for others visiting the area! Thank you for the great customer service!!

I rented a car while vacationing in Rapid City. While the car was pretty standard, the service was exceptional! Anthony, one of the employees, came to our campground and picked us up to go back to the shop to fill out the paperwork. He gave us a great tour of the city and shared a bunch of useful information about where to eat and visit during our stay. He was so polite and professional! Thank you Anthony!

We were thrilled by the service shown to us at Casey's. Not only did we get a good deal on a rental for the day, we were given a tour by Anthony filled with places to see and fun facts about the area on our complimentary shuttle from our hotel to the rental garage. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental!

Had a last minute need for a rental after our windshield was compromised in a bad hail storm. It was the week of Fourth of July, with the president coming to town.... Needless to say, rental cars were scarce. We were merely passing through on our way back to California, and wanted to explore while we waited for a windshield replacement. Dennis and team came through with a rental for us, and some great conversation about the region too. Great guys, great business, had a lot of fun cruising the hills in their work truck haha. Casey’s provided us with the quickest and easiest rental experience we have ever had. The friendly employees had our car ready to go when we got there and gave us suggestions of places to visit during our short stay near Rapid City.

Awesome place! Our Yukon died on us as we came into Rapid City on our way to the Black Hills for vacation. We heard from a couple service places to call Casey's for a rental vehicle. We needed a vehicle which could seat a family of 6 along with all our luggage. No small feat! My wife had called a couple other national brand rental agencies like Enterprise, but NOBODY had anything that would fit us in. When we called Casey's, they had a suburban (same size as our Yukon), and came out to pick my wife up. They went back to Casey's to sign the paperwork, and she drove it back to where we were stranded on the road so we could transfer kids and luggage to the rented Suburban before we had it towed to a service shop. All of this happened right at closing time (after 5pm), and Casey's was very helpful in a stressful situation. It is no fun sitting on the side of a highway with a dead vehicle and a load of kids.

Bottom line: If we are ever near Rapid City again, and need a rental.....we will be calling Casey's.

We rented two vans for our Middle School field trip from Casey's Auto Rental. Dennis was very friendly when I called to inquire about pricing and availability. The vans were clean and in great condition.

Best ever Auto Rental place around. Never rented a car before I am 23 and Anthony at Casey’s auto rental helped me through it. You have to jump through a lot of hoops being under 25 to rent a car but this place really came through to help me out. Thank you guys allot!
