GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel Rapid City

Had a GRAND 4 night stay at this hotel! All the staff we encountered (about 6) were so kind, helpful, and friendly.
Breakfast was good and the whole hotel was very clean and inviting.
We stayed on the 2nd floor directly across the elevator and didn't have any problems with noise (besides some kids above us a couple of times).

I have celiac disease, and can not eat Gluten. During the biscuit & gravy breakfast day, the breakfast attendant made me eggs and sausage! Bless her heart♡

I didn't catch their names, but the breakfast lady and the new mid-shift front desk lady were awesome!

Super clean room and great service!

It was great to have a bedroom suite with a full kitchen that was pet friendly. The breakfast was really good. My family and friends really enjoyed the hotel.

Nice place. Clean. They were helpful when I accidentally booked an 'accessible' room, which is handicapped and has a shower instead of bathtub, and quickly were able to move us. Breakfast had options, even if you want to eat vegan. Rooms are nice, suites have dishwasher and dishsoap and all you need. When you soak in a bath, you generally notice if there is any junk behind the toilet or under shower ledges. But even from that angle everything was clean. Would stay here again if passing thru. Shared link with my sister already, so obviously I would recommend it. And, since we were there off season, it was super affordable.

I had a couple of problems but were resolved immediately! Coding & Paul we're awesome! I recommend you stay here! Nice place & awesome people running it!

We loved this place when we stayed in Rapid City for a week. It was like home away from home. Will go again. 15/10

This was the second time in 9 months we stayed there and I would say the state was running drywall but the front desk man laughed and went to another company and he was the but glue that really made the place work and came up with creative solutions and made our stay better than the people that were there in his absence it wasn't the same experience.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and when we got into our room there was no door on the bedroom, it was removed. One of the burners on the stove had a part missing, which made for a very wobbly and uneven cook. We went to the front desk to let them know, and the gal not only gave us a different room, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra charge.

We have been going to Rapid for many years and always the management and staff have been second to none. The location is great for a quick stop if traveling through, sporting events for the weekend, and all other possibilities. It is close to many restaurants, quick trip downtown, and the gateway to the Black Hills. I highly recommend staying at GrandStay every time you are in the Rapid City area.

Located off the interstate with a direct route to the event I was attending. Room rate was phenomenal considering staying in a apartment style room, I was amazed with the dishes and dishwasher, even thou I didn't use them. Thank you and I recommend anyone to enjoy my experience and stay.

This is THE best place we have ever stayed. Their ham and egg breakfast is good, the service is great. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy, and the staff are awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants comfort and to feel like home.

Stayed here for one night, awesome stay. Room was big, had a couch and TV along with two beds, had a full kitchen and everything was in the dishwasher when we arrived. We got an accessible room even though we didn't book one, and the bathroom was huge as well, had separate switches for the light and fan which many hotels do not have. Quiet too for sleeping, bed wasn't too hard nor too soft, had a great night's sleep. Water pressure was good, heater worked. Free breakfast was pretty good, had bagels, muffins, cereal, tea/coffee, heated biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, great selection of food. Definitely would recommend this spot!

The room was clean and ready. The furniture was comfortable as well as the bed. The price was good especially for everything you get. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place HANDS DOWN is the best I've stayed at thus far into my business travels.... Hilton, Marriot, IHG Hotels.... Stayed at them all but GrandStay is a cut above the rest.
Staff, upper management, VERY friendly and they WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you if you have any kinds of issues!! I'd have been lost without the understanding and leadership at this hotel! Rooms are nicely laid out, indoor pool was delightful, didn't check out the exercise room, (although I should have,) but the grounds are nice. Outdoor bon fire area, bar b que area, it's a cool little hideaway along the interstate. If u get a chance and want to relax in a friendly environment, I definitely recommend The GrandStay Residential Suites, Rapid City SD.

This place will be at top of our list for stay, if we visit Rapid City next time.
Amazing service from staff all around, including front-desk (Steve).
Breakfasts (included) were good, and they had variety in hot dishes served over 3 mornings we were there.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The room was SO clean -- the towels, sheets, bedding, carpets, desks, surfaces, curtains, etc. The shower curtain was not exactly waterproof though. The service was really great and the size of our two-bedroom suite was great. The hot breakfast was good and varied each day. We loved having water (cold/hot), fruits, and coffee/teas available 24/7. The staff was extremely friendly, except for the older gentleman who checked us in in the evening.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. We had a larger group with us for a wedding. We brought pizza in and asked if we could use the breakfast area to eat. The staff offered us plates and napkins. The hotel staff made a great experience for the whole family.

Loved all the staff, very friendly. Will be staying here every time we come! Nice laundry facilities, they include the soap! Thank you for great sleep while we were there!
