So you're ready to sell or a buy a home? Most people would find a realtor, talk to them a couple times, view a few homes, or entertain a few potential buyers. Do some paperwork, do the legwork by yourself, set up repairs so on. Atleast, that's what you'll get when you go through any old realtor. Here is what you get when you go through Mike Frybarger.
First off, Mike helped us buy our first home 5 years ago. Buying your first home is daunting and stressful, unless Mike is your realtor. Mike literally knew anything and everything about every house on the market. He completely walked us through the beginning steps on figuring out what we wanted in a home. He went above and beyond to show us homes at the drop of a hat. We were going through the VA, so he knew different things that would and would not be approved. He's not just any joe schmo. He knows his stuff. To me he was the expert on everything, and if he didn't know the answer, he had someone who did. Since he was our buyers realtor, he was working for us. He handled everything with the other realtors. He was working for our best interests. Ultimately he found us a great starter home. It was perfect for my husband and I. Truly everything felt pretty effortless.
Now fast forward 5 years to today. My husband was deployed out of the country when we found out we were getting stationed to another state, which meant we'd need to sell our home. Of course, we would not go through anyone BUT Mike. The big thing was that my husband was going to be deployed during the whole process of selling. He was pretty much coming home and we were moving. This is where Mike totally stepped up. He handled EVERYTHING for me. He arranged the photos, and all viewings around my hectic schedule. He personally came in and walked through the house telling me how to stage the home. He pointed out anything that may be a problem. We were under contract in under 24 hours! This is where i became stunned. After the buyer's inspection we were faced with a list of things that needed to be done, including replacing my roof. At this point I was so stressed because I didn't know how i was going to get everything done without my husband here to help. Mike personally helped me file the insurance claim for the roof, he arranged for a contractor to replace that. He personally came in and helped me with the laundry list, including putting new screens in the windows, fixing stuff in the attic and crawl space. Helped me fix some siding. He even went to Menards WITH me to buy all the supplies. He took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. He took away pretty much all of my stress and worrying. I thought i would be alone in this process , and he did not let that happen.
Seriously, Mike and his team is the only way to go. I probably didn't even touch on everything he did to help us in this process. He is the single most dedicated, knowledgeable, caring realtor, no not realtor, a complete magic man.
