Customers should ask about special or specific stamps. Such as birthday stamps, love stamps, kids stamps, etc. I just needed to get one stamp, but bought a sheet of them. The lady waiting on me was super pleasant and went out of her way to help me get a specific type of stamp I wanted to get. She went through everything she had in a folder at her station and then went to another area where she found exactly what I wanted. Great experience!

Bonnie was very helpful getting my passport renewed. I made an appt online and the whole thing took about 10 min. Thank you!

No problems receiving my mail or dropping off packages here. Carrier has picked up packages a few times. This is a nice post office. The people who work there are really nice.

You guys do a really stressful but important job. I apologize on behalf of Humanity's general impatience and sense of entitlement. You guys are awesome and we appreciate you so much. The front desk has always been competent and efficient. The gals in the back doing passports were friendly and had a great sense of urgency despite me showing up late. My packages are always on time also. You guys do an awesome job and are taken for granted by people who have never tried getting their mail in a big city. God bless you all.

Friendly and helpful staff, despite being constantly busy. It seems like there is always a line, but I don’t think that’s related to the competency of the workers. Perhaps Rapid City could use more post offices. Delivery personnel are also friendly and always take my outgoing packages, sparing me many trips to the post office.

I mail packages a few times a month and everyone at the post office is super friendly and helpful. I never had a bad experience. PS my mailman is super nice too.

Nice building right at the north end of Main Street. The staff is courteous and helpful as well.

Ordered a couple things while in Rapid City for work. I was anxious since they’re a number of things that can go wrong when shipping to a hotel, but both the carrier and hotel got the job done! I didn’t see the carrier myself, but appreciate the extra care of them walking the packages to the front desk instead of using the mailbox outside.

In my experience, the staff at the Rapid City post office has been very friendly and helpful, and I never wait in line for long.

Friendly people, sometimes a wait, but I can also go in and mail packages after hours. Packages are always on time. Prices are decent.
