Allstate Insurance: William H. Kelly

Bill is a great guy and very responsive! I'm not sure who the woman who gave him 1 star was talking about because that's not the Bill Kelly I know. I typically hear back from him in minutes and can totally vouch for his communication skills. None of us really likes to deal with insurance, but Bill is great to work with.

We have been using this office for over 10 years. Kind, thoughtful, and honest are the words that come to mind. Bill Kelly is an engaged and active member of his community and family. He has always been very responsive to any phone calls or questions. I recommend!

Ive never had any problems with these guys. Ive been wth them for about 15 years. I call, they help. That's about it.

I have been with Allstate for over 8 years, I have an accident free and ticket free driving record. When I went to add my husband to my policy my policy nearly tripled, he has an excellent record as well. Mr. Kelley was very slow and disinterested when it came to getting my husband and his new vehicle added and when I asked what the new rate would be he was fairly clueless and never tried to follow up with me. After discovering on my own that my monthly premium had tripled I tried to contact Mr. Kelley to discuss this. After I heard nothing from him I contacted geico and have now switched to them for almost the same rate I was at before I added a second vehicle and a new person.

I wish I could give them zero stars. He was incredibly unresponsive to my needs, and untrustworthy. Don't go to his agency if you want good service, you'll be disappointed.
