I feel bad, I was crying and nauseous, my head was throbbing… definitely out of character for me. The doctors here took very good care of me. Turns out I have a nasty bit of the flu, they got me straightened out with some anti nausea medication and I’ve finally been able to keep some food down. Very quick service and I’m hoping to get better quickly. Thank You.

😃 I had to go today because I have a terrible sinus infection.They got me into the room Quickly and was treated for the sinus infection. they didn't hesitate about calling medications in. The staff is always so friendly. And are ready help me no matter what. Waiting room is clean and offering refreshments are offered if we would like to have some.

Thankfully I was able to get in quickly! Being a nurse, I make a horrible patient, however Charice was very kind and made me feel like my concerns were important and not just stress induced. Which is better than what I can say for other facilities! I highly recommend this urgent care!

What a great caring staff. My appointment and wait time was very minimum. Spent time with the nurse and Doctor. My needs was taken care of and heard by the nurse and doctor. Very please with the care as a patient.

Best urgent care in the Black Hills, no doubt. The facility is clean and comfortable and staff are all very friendly and engaging. Also, highly recommend Michael Birgenheir as a provider.

I had the best experience with you! I came in sick thinking that it would be just another long wait, then when a doc would come in, a quick discussion here is your diagnosis and get out.
But I was total wrong! I was treated like an actual person was asked lots of questions from the beginning, reseptionist to nurse to doc. until I felt like all my questions were answered and then the doctor asked if I had any questions. She explained everything to me and what I will expect for the next 3 weeks and if there are any changes to come back right away. Everyone seemed really concerned with my symptoms and really listened to what I had to say. Made me feel like I didn't need to rush or they weren't rushing me out the door.
Black Hill Urgent care is a wonderful place to go when you feel under the weather! Thank you guys!

Strep has been making the rounds through my household and with multiple visits this week under this mom's belt, I'm always happy with this urgent care. Quick, even faster with online checkin, and all the providers are great.

This is the first time that I have been at this facility! It was a pre-check up for surgery upcoming! The staff nurses and the doctor did an awesome job ! Everything was explained and any questions I had were resolved! I will definitely go there again if I need anything at all

Beautiful facility. I was checked right in. Medical student screened and MD followed up. Labs were done on site with results within 30 minutes. EKG on site and ultrasound ordered for follow up.

I’m a medical professional and needed help outside of being able to follow up with my GP and this worked brilliantly. My suspicions were correct and we got the ball rolling in the right direction.

Friendly, fast, and accurate. Nurse Erin always has top tier bed side manner. Her and the friendly staff are the reason our family goes there.

My son came down with a tremendous earache while here on vacation. Urgent care opened at 7:00 and I was able to make an online reservation easily in the middle of the night. The staff and facility was great. Much appreciated.

Black Hills Urgent Care is the best place to go when sick! The staff are great and service is awesome. I won’t go anywhere else

We got an appointment within a week with Black Hills Eye Institute. At 330PM on Wednesday DH was seen for an eval. I asked if, if they had any cancellations for surgery, could he have it the next day? They said yes but he would need a pre-op. Fortunately the secretary had told me that Black Hills Urgent Care would do a pre-op with the order in hand. We got the order, went to BH Urgent Care, got the pre-op done, and took it by hand the next AM to Black Hills Eye Institute. They had had TWO cancelations that morning, and DH got his cateract surgery right then. He is recovering well, and goes back for his 2nd eye next week. Black Hills Urgent Care made it possible; fast, efficient, but excellent concern for the urgency of the patient's needs!

Very personal and compassionate. Fast and courteous. Obviously there to care for you and your family. I will ONLY trust my family to them
