Goodwill Retail Store & Job Center

it's nice people can get discounted clothes and other stuff but some prices are outrageous especially for donated items that they get for free plus they want to Roundup to the next dollar and if you look on their website for where they donate money to different organizations you can't even access to which organizations thay donate to like I said it's nice to have a place where you can get cheap clothes and other items

Bought a tv from goodwill (mind you I knew what I was buying don’t come for me), bought multiple huge items from them, packed them in my car forgot about said tv during packing process, went back to retrieve item and they put it back on the ground WITH PRICE TAG didn’t bother to set it aside on the counter where it was initially, and laughed it off when I asked them why it was back on display when fully knowing I payed for it. This isn’t the first time they’ve taken customers items that they payed for and not set said items aside to let them retrieve them. Smh. More to story but this is my summary of my experience. Terrible experience and extremely terrible customer service. They acted like I was taking time out of their day for simple questions….. make it make sense.

I’m not sure but I put all my stuff back simply because whoever their security person is kept circling around me like I was going to steal something. It’s 30 other people in the store but she continue to circle around me making me extremely uncomfortable. I just put all the things I had in my buggy back and left the store.. I will never come back here
