I am forever thankful for the care that I received from Dr. Dendtler during my postpartum journey. I felt as though I wasn’t receiving proper care or attention with my previous providers, and I’m so glad I made the switch to Provenance. Dr. D went above and beyond for me. I’ve “graduated” from physical therapy, yet she still checks in with me and sends me helpful articles. I recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor services!

Originally was recommended by my trainer to see a pelvic floor PT in my area after having my son via C section. Initially went in kinda nervous but Carrie is so awesome!! She made me feel super comfortable and addressed a combination of issues besides just core engagement. I love her so much and can't rave about her enough. 💛

I feel like a million bucks every time I walk out of here. I see Carrie and she is so amazing, sweet, knowledgeable, and truly wants to see her patients feel better. Lori, the office manager, is also absolutely amazing, communicates well, and goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am so thankful I was referred here by my genetics doctor and friend. Sincerely, a chronic illness and pain patient who has found some relief.

Great Physical Therapist!! Worked with me to get to my problem area and solve the issues. Very knowledgeable with the latest information. Carrie was able to also get me in touch with a doctor to further treatment. Highly recommend this practice.

I'm 63 years old and earlier this year I was diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder. My first option was to try rehab. There are traditional center everywhere, but because of the intimate nature I looked for one that specifically addressed my problem.

The Provenance staff bios and reviews are quite impressive and so I felt encouraged. My therapist was Carrie Dendtler and she is wonderful. From our first till our last visit she made me feel at ease, she did not assumed that I knew what to expect but took time each meeting to explain what she was doing and why and asking how I was feeling. She was so supportive and encouraging even when I was not at times.

In this day and age it was refreshing to find a group that was sincerely caring and goes the extra mile.

I highly recommend Dr. Heather Draper for pelvic floor physical therapy!
She developed a program for my specific needs and helped me understand each exercise. She is a great teacher and so kind and professional. Pelvic floor therapy was a great investment in my health and I am so thankful to have a plan going forward.

Pelvic floor therapy with Carrie has been life changing. Carrie listens, advocates, and partners to ensure that pain or other issues are addressed. I am thankful every day for all Carrie has done for me. 100% recommend for anyone with pelvic floor issues (or bladder issues!).

Provenance rehab was so great to work with after having my baby. I was eager to get back into my workout and life routine, but wanted to ensure I wasn’t getting back into things before my body was ready. Carrie was great at letting me know how I was doing, the progress I was making, and finally when I had graduated! I will definitely visit again after my next baby as well!

A year after having my daughter I still wasn’t feeling “normal” I did some extensive research & finally found Heather Draper at Provenance! Pelvic floor problems, scars from tearing, & stomach muscle separations all felt so taboo & scary. From day one Heather made me feel TOTALY comfortable, & put me at ease about so much. She explained in great detail what caused the issues & how we can fix them! It’s also super easy & pleasant to speak with Lori if you need to book or reschedule appointments. I would most definitely recommend Provenance!

I had an excellent experience at Provenance, from the first phone call to all my appointments and my correspondence via email. My PT was Dr. Draper and she is wonderful. Not only is she very kind and friendly, but she's extremely knowledgable and put me completely at ease. She was recommended to me by my urologist and she made a tremendous difference in my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Draper to anyone who needs pelvic floor PT.

I highly recommend Dr. Heather Draper for pelvic floor physical therapy! I saw Dr. Draper for diastasis recti and prolapse following delivery of my second child. She was incredibly professional, listened to all my concerns, and developed a plan to meet my specific needs. She adjusted my exercises based on my progress at each appointment. I've experienced drastic improvement in my diastasis and prolapse with her plan. Dr. Draper listened my concerns and updates at each visit and was able to develop a plan that enabled me to return to the same level of activity I experienced before my second child's birth. I can't recommend this practice enough. Pelvic floor physical therapy is one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

I went to Provenance Rehabilitation for diastasis recti/umbilical hernia. Dr. Draper gave me stretches and exercises I could do at home, and worked with me in the office to make sure I was doing them absolutely correctly. She was very clear about what I should expect - the exercises wouldn't cure my umbilical hernia, but she hoped they might make it so I no longer had any symptoms - and that is exactly what happened! I'm very pleased, and definitely recommend Provenance Rehabilitation if you're in need of postpartum PT!

I came to Provenance Rehab a few months following a c-section due to abdominal pain I was experiencing when exercising. After just 2 weeks with Dr. Heather Draper, my pain was significantly improved- I was even able to start running again! Dr. Draper made me feel at ease during our sessions and she was invaluable in teaching me how to properly perform each PT exercise. I would strongly recommend Dr. Draper for any post-partum woman who is a runner or physically active.

I kept reading how important pelvic floor therapy was after having a baby, so I looked up Provenance Rehabilitation after having my third baby. I did not feel in too bad of shape, but Dr Heather Draper has helped me immensely in learning to engage and strengthen both my pelvic floor and transverse abdominus (healing a diastasis recti). Dr Draper is both kind and discreet, and she created a doable exercise plan specifically for me that I can continue at home. Every mother can benefit from seeing someone here!

I was anxious about meeting with someone to discuss the pain I was dealing with, as well as the process of treatment. I am in the middle of treatment now, and I genuinely feel cared for. I know I am getting the best care from therapists who genuinely want to see my life improved. Gail and Heather are amazing. I highly recommend!

Carrie was extremely kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Over the course of 5 sessions I was given helpful stretches and information on how best to address my concerns. I did not expect to start seeing results in as few as three weeks but I am very thankful I took the time to work with Provenance Rehab to address my concerns. Thank you again Carrie for everything! I would definitely recommend the team.

1 on 1 treatment from incredible providers, I can’t say enough how much they truly care about you. Carrie will pour her heart into you and help guide you along the challenging course of pelvic plain and other associated conditions. 5 stars is not enough for her!!

I was referred to Provenance Rehabilitation by my PCP, who had confirmed a longtime diagnosis of pelvic prolapse. The symptoms of that prolapse had becoming increasingly problematic as I grew older. Dr. Heather Draper was able to explain the physiology of my problem in laymen's terms and was able to help me identify and work the muscles needed to alleviate my symptoms. Each session built on the prior one, allowing me to gradually increase my body awareness and muscle strength. I now feel equipped to continue working on my pelvic floor strength on my own and have high hopes that continuing the program Dr. Draper initiated will set me up well for ongoing health.
