Urban Hardware a True Value Affiliate

While passing in front of it, I saw it and took a look. It looks very organized, and there are lots of choices with the best quality products. It could be a good alternative to Homedepot

Quality merchandise to enjoy your home more… urban hardware in Alpharetta is a unique store that offers a wide variety of merchandise, including many categories. You wouldn’t expect to find in a so-called hardware store. I think Home Depot and crate and barrel with a little pikes nursery mixed in but also an Ace Hardware. I typically go for, gardening related items, such as ceramic pots, of which they have a great selection. To give you an idea of the variety of items in Urban Hardware, my recent purchases include birdseed, a mini rake, plant food, door mat, extra keys made, plants for my garden, and a bucket. Each visit is enjoyable, because of the quality and variety of items carried in the store. I love looking at the outdoor furnishing section which includes a really great variety of outdoor furniture, outdoor grills and fire pits. My very first visit to the store was during the Christmas holiday season, and I was so impressed with the holiday decor and the quality of the merchandise from ornaments to the Christmas trees, themselves and home decoration accessories for the holidays. I found this to be true of other holidays, they really seem to do a good job of bringing merchandise in for holidays. What’s great about the store is that for all the high quality fun shopping, you can also get paint and lightbulbs and basic stuff like that. The other thing that is really impressive is the outer wear clothing section and a quality of good outdoor options including a lot of Carhart brand. There is a huge selection of thermal insulated containers for every day use as well as hiking and camping. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the more senior staff, who are very knowledgeable. We enjoy this place so much that sometimes we go there even when we don’t need anything just to look around their plants have been really good and have held up well in the garden. If you time it right, you can get some really good deals on plants.

Gorgeous home hardware store. It’s sparkling and new, and the selection is top notch. Bigger than Ace but not quite as extensive as Lowes. Folks were great and the quality and selection were pretty much all you could need. They helped me out to the car, too! The cashier noticed that my goods rang up $1 over, and updated the price without hesitation. Good peeps.

Visit Urban Hardware once and you will never want to return to either of the giant big-name hardware chains ever again. Although the selection might not be quite as extensive as what you can find at a corporate store, they still have a wide variety in every department. The exceptional customer service provided by the UH team is what really sets them apart from the competition. You don't ever have to hunt someone down to ask a question because at every turn there is a helpful and friendly employee offering assistance. Added bonus: the store is well-lit, clean and organized. Double bonus: UH is locally owned!

I just had the best experience at the Urban Hardware on Haynes Bridge Rd. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and the manager (or other service person - I am not sure) helped me search and even opened the box for me so we could check and make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. Go to this store!

Sam was great at helping us pick out a fire pit and furniture. We love urban hardware! They have patio furniture that is great quality and in stock for you to take home or they will assemble it and deliver it to your house. All the staff that helped today and the GM were great, nice and accommodating. Great experience at the store today and we will continue to be loyal UH customers!

The Benjamin Moore paint is more expensive than Sherwin Williams but it is also much thicker and richer in depth and covers better. Urban Hardware is a great hardware store if you want one on one assistance and don’t want to deal with endless aisles of confusion. High end store with reasonable prices.

I unknowingly showed up a few minutes after closing. Instead of turning me away the associates locking the door invited me to grab the product I needed real quick. It was a kind gesture and shows their commitment to customer relationships. I'll definitely be back!

What an incredible store! Spend some time looking around, and do not rush in and out. Incredible selection of things for home, yard, and Patio.

Edit: I returned the original set today with no issues and bought something else that is great. Everyone was very accommodating.

The people there are really nice and helpful and I picked out a cute but inexpensive patio set.
I figured it would be easy to assemble at home. I assemble stuff from IKEA all the time and it's fine..And if I wanted it assembled there I had to leave it. But the pieces just don't fit together. I had someone helping me and they just don't go together at all. I'm going to pay someone to see if they can put it together and if they can't then I guess I'll return it. I'm pretty disappointed in the product. By the time I called them to talk it was about 3 minutes after closing.

If you're not price sensitive and want the best quality brands, Urban Hardware is perfect. There is always someone there to help if you need it. They carry nearly the full line of Fox Farm plant nutrients. That's when i knew that this was the place for me. If you want to grow "award winning quality" fruits and veggies, get your nutrients from here. It's always convenient if you need to grab something small and fast like caulk, teflon tape, hardware because you can in and out way faster than Home Depot or Lowe's

I just purchased a Weber grill at Urban Hardware and I recommend the experience. Urban Hardware has an excellent selection of grills and accessories--especially the better brands. The service was good too.
(Note that as grill manufacturers tightly control pricing, the Urban Hardware price will almost always be the same as Lowes and Home Depot--don't think you'll pay more here.) Beyond the price, however, what made the difference for me, was that Urban Hardware offered both free assembly and home delivery. This contrasts with the big stores where you get one or the other but rarely both.

I go to this store on a regular basis over Lowes and Home Depot. There is personal service, good products and no big crowds. The staff is friendly and makes it point to acknowledge you, and even remember if you have shopped there before. True, their prices are not the same as Lowes and Home Depot, but I am sick of the rude and uncaring employees at the big box stores. I would rather spend more and feel respected than feel like "cattle" like at do at the other stores.

Employees here are always super helpful. They have such a variety of unique items - things you sometimes just don't expect to find in a "hardware" store! I just spend so much time enjoying browsing through the store - especially in the summer months for outdoor items. Everything from typical hardware store items to Yeti, Corksicle, patio furniture, Adirondack chairs, melamine serve ware, dog toys, decor and soooo much more!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Urban Hardware! They have ANY & EVERYTHING! Not just Hardware, but lovely HOME DECOR finds... Christmas Decorations. UNIQUE gifts, and a wide assortment of BEAUTIFUL plants! The staff is VERY HELPFUL. Ana and Mike are always so pleasant. You will not be disappointed.

Hard to compete with big box stores and so I give them alot of credit. These guys had a better selection and had the metric bolt needed that Orange didn't. Wish I had more time to browse. Super nice and helpful staff.

Great small town hardware store feel with the added benefit of carrying extremely high quality brands not found at your typical hardware store. I really appreciated the customer service and will always try there first before going to a big box store when I can. Keep up the good work!
