The folks here were so helpful. True professionals. I had a problem with my package and they got on the phone with customer service and attempted to work through the issue. Ultimately, through their efforts, we were successfully able to ship the package. This is the standard for a UPS store. Friendly professionals who want to make the customer happy. Thank you for your efforts.

Jane helped restore my faith in humankind 3/21. She was so patient processing my returns. My labels and other relevant papers were not very organized that day and she was so incredibly patient and kind where I know the average person would not be.

I hope upper management knows they have an absolute jewel in Jane and compensates her accordingly. Its hard to find good people to work these days. When you find them, appreciate them!

Please give Ms. Jane a raise and or bonus. She deserves it!

I see a lot of negative reviews, maybe people just like to complain more than to praise. Just sent a letter with Brandon. Everything went fine! He took time with me and I did not have any bad experience.

Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and an expedient process. I appreciate the owner working hard to help with a challenging and recurring notary problem. Great guy, took care of the situation and didn't charge me a second time when he rightly could have. Solid place, more than earned repeat business.

This is the best location, they are always very fast and helpful. I work around and need to go to UPS frequently and I highly recommend this place.

Hard to write a review about a UPS store, but my experience there gives me something to say. I needed multiple documents notarized and witnessed, and I thought it would be an ordeal. The staff at this store made it quick and easy. Quite the load off my mind. Recommended!

Very nice staff. I went for a notary here. Woman named Linda was very kind and patient. She understood that college documents are important, and sent it via air for safe and fast delivery. She didn't ask lots of questions before notary unlike other UPS stores.

Had a great experience. I was in and out quickly and since I had paid shipping labels did not have to pay anything additional. The associate sealed the package for me and everything.

Brandon saved my life with his expertise with not only shipping label but helped pack my items and ship qucikly . He was a life savor and I will always come here for shipping anything. He is truly an expert.

I do have to say I cant believe im seeing all these negative reviews on here because I came in this ups store and their service is VERY satisfying. Shelia Whelchel was the person helping me out and I think she deserves a raise because she helped me and a few other customers I seen her working with she treated every one of us with respect and helped everyone of us out with the stuff we needed!!! this store is my FAVORITE UPS STORE I recommend it!!!!

Good job! This kind of work is constantly stressful and full of impatient customers! But I am thankful for what they do. Also, I have a business box here and I am satisfied with their services.

I came to get some printing and scanning done as I don't have access to that at the moment. I also needed one form notarized. Everything was taken care of quickly! The member of staff helping me was very friendly.

This store is our go to place - Carol and the team lead us in getting special shipping done the right way that we wouldn’t otherwise know - and they were great help with my passport
