I bought from this company for the first time and while I had never heard of them their price for cassava flour was amazing and shipping ended up being free so I couldn't pass up the deal. I'm so glad I bought from their company. Not only was the product perfect but the shipping was fast and they were doing a cash back deal at the time so I had money included with my package. Fast shipping and very reasonable prices. I have ordered twice so far and have had two very good experiences. I’ve only ordered the White Gari, the first order was ground finer than the second, but even in Ghana the texture varies so that is to be expected.

Was majorly impressed with how fast the shipping was, and its free too. Moreover, their prizes are actually really affordable in comparison to others. I just wish they had more products. Other than that I'd highly recommend for my African brothers and sisters missing the taste of home to get their ingredients here.

Mustafa was absolutely a delight to work with. In today's business world the offense and defense between customers and business is hostile. He was amazing! My package arrived from UPS completely damaged and my flours arrived exploded and inusable. Knowing this was not his fault but that of the carrier I called on a Saturday, he answered the phone, truly another blessing. No Computer or answering machine, a voice. I explained the nature of the arrival of my goods, immediately sent pictures to the email he provided, and by Wednesday received my new flours in perfect condition. No hassle, no arguing, and extremely prompt. Prices are fantastic, especially for those looking for gluten free alternatives at a reasonable doable price! The product is wonderful. I love this company. Only reason a star is missing is because my gari was slightly open when received. Not sure if it was the company or the shipping service. But I will be buying more in the future.

Great food and service. Food was fresh and the free gift was appreciated. I loved that I placed my order around 8 pm and received my order before noon the next day. Best price on cassava flour (haven't used it yet to evaluate its quality). Surprisingly fast shipping. Had an issue opening the package (cut through the bag), company was quick to respond and offered to replace the damaged bag. If the flour is of good quality, Happy African Tropical Foods will become my go-to source for cassava flour!
