I have been using this agency for years, including auto, home, and motorcycle insurance. Fortunately I’ve never needed to make any claims, so all my interactions have been questions or assistance setting up policies. My experience has been very positive, most recently setting up auto insurance with Brandon who was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of working with my schedule.

Yesterday I spoke with Aimee regarding my renters insurance. She was very friendly and quick to assist with what I needed. I always have a great experience with their team. Highly recommend working with them!

I've had such a great experience with Cesar Meza. I just moved to Georgia from California and needed help transitioning all of my policies over. He is very helpful, knowledgable and kindly answered the endless questions I had about the transition including the rules and timelines around registering my car after completing insurance. Brandon from Drew Fincher's State Farm had called 1 month before my policy with another big insurance company expired (sorry Flo) and gave me an unbelievable quote. And it actually got cheaper after adding the the drive safe & save. (Other state farm customers & I compare our driving scores to see who has the highest!) Everybody at the Finch's office is incredibly nice and always prompt in answering questions & addressing any issues I have. I pay all bills and make any type of policy changes online or over the phone which is very convenient for me. Today I spoke with ESME from State Farm Insurance she was so helpful to me she always helpful everytime I talk to her this not my first time it been plenty time she always go over my bill with me whe I don't understand she help me get a better understand with my bill and she walks me threw every question she have patient so everytime I have question some kind of way it be ESME I talk to .I will give a 20 star if I can.

Iga Ashford reached out and was very professional. I'm old fashioned, so speaking with someone live instead of a automated machine, goes a long way. If there was ever a issue. Iga resolved it with no hesitation. Kudos to the entire staff. They are like the NBA Chicago Bulls teams of the late eighties who will win you over. 🏆

Esme is the best customer service rep. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. She puts my needs first. State Farm is the only insurance company that truly puts there customers first, not last like some other insurance companies do. So I highly recommend Esme and State Farm for all of your insurance needs. Czar was very knowledgeable an excellent at taking care of everything. Another great employee. State Farm is the only way to go when it comes to all your insurance needs.
