The hot light wasn't on, but we got a very fresh assortment of donuts. A very patient and friendly young lady helped us with our selections there were so many new varieties, the store was very clean it was about 3 pm when we stopped. This is definitely a do again when we come back to Wilmington and this far down S. College.

The lady working the drive-through on 1/17/24 was so incredibly friendly! She is made for customer service. The donuts were great too lol.

This year’s Christmas specialty doughnuts were so good in every way. Large order placed the day before was ready at pickup time. The Elf theme produced really cute doughnuts that were decorated very well (a past challenge) and the clear top holiday box made them such a festive gift.

This is the ONLY location in Wilmington, but it's still the best. The customer service is always pleasant and the workers are great at their job. I asked about a product and was given a real opinion with the recommendation of a better product. I am always pleased with the service and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. If you love warm donuts, do yourself a favor and catch them when the hot light is on.

Got donuts obviously excellent and tried hot coco it was outstanding huge shout out to hot chocolate at krispy cream. Stop here you will not be disappointed.

Even though they did not have HOT fresh glazed for us, the donuts were still amazing. They do not skimp on the filling of shell donuts and all were delicious. Very well-kept and well-trained staffed. This is a franchise run well!

I love this location! Very friendly and clean! The supervisor was very friendly!! The bathroom was neat and lots of cleaning was happening in-between customers.

First time one of our group had been de Krispy Kreme to watch the donuts come fresh off the line and then becoming enrobed in sugar. We each got a couple of doughnuts one fresh hot one and one of the specialty donuts. They were good as usual, boy do they sit heavy on you. This is a nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. Will definitely go back and if you haven't had the experience about fairy fresh hot Krispy Kreme donut off the line you seriously need to make a stop at this.

Pretty sure I'll never outgrow that happy feeling when I see the hot sign on. Service is fast and employees keep the doughnuts rolling out. Super cute St. Patrick's Day assortment!

We came in soaking wet from a storm. The manager ( I think he was a manager he had on a blue shirt) was amazing! He gave our littles hats while we dried off and was super nice. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time

I had left a negative review a couple of days ago regarding the fact that my wife and I stopped into this location to get donuts. Due to the fact we were in a Ford transit van and couldn’t go through the drive through, we decided to park and go in to order. We walked in and were told that we could only order through the drive through. I explained the van situation and asked if we could just place the order while we were in there and then we’d drive up near the drive through and I’d get out and walk up to the window. Anyway! We didn’t get any donuts at that time. Today we stopped in hoping the inside would be open to order. My wife mentioned our experience a couple of days ago and manager Sabrena was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make our experience this time a five star event. Thanks Sabrena!😁

I'm a simple donut eater. Krispy Kreme original glazed is one of the best donuts I've had, even with all these new places that have bacon, reeses peanut butter cups and a array of different foods on top of their donuts I'll stick to my Krispy Kreme especially when the hot light is on 😋

We visited for national donut day and although it was busy with line out the door the staff was very friendly and efficient, we were through the line and enjoying our donuts in less than 5 mins. My son loved the pineapple donut.

We love visiting our local Krispy Kreme, the doughnuts are always fresh and the service is always quick. The new Oreo doughnuts are awesome, we all recommend you get some. My advice from a doughnut connoisseur, get 2 dozen!

Loved watching donuts cook! Just wish they would have had some lemon filled donuts, I was happy with freshly cooked hot one worked too!

A friend and I took our kids to Krispy Kreme yesterday morning and we had such a great experience! The staff was so sweet and attentive, and the donuts were hot and delicious! Thank you for taking great care of us 😊
