Always an enjoyable visit! Staff is always welcoming and products are current and in stock. We make it a go to for supplies and fresh groceries often, even through the storms, the staff is super helpful and doing their best to keep the store going. These guys took a moment to keep up the great work! We appreciate you.

Great place. Most staff are very kind and helpful. The new grocery pick up is so convenient! I've used them several times. I do most of my grocery shopping here. Pricing is much better than competitors in the area. The new clothing lines are perfect! The staff at Checkers is hard working and fast. Hardly ever a long wait in line. They've added more self check outs and some even have belts now! If I've ever had a problem it was promptly taken care of.

No problems. Found what I needed quickly, paid and was out. I will say, I used self check out and mistakenly used the “Cash Only” machine. The associate monitoring the area quickly assisted me to close out my sale, move it over to the next machine and scan it in an instant. I didn’t hardly skip a beat there. Thank you. It great service!

Have started shopping at this Wal-Mart Super Center because of price and, selection. I have found what I needed, each time, and self check out, is as quick as can be expected, given the high volume of customers. I want to commend a specific employee named, Noah. Noah was very helpful and quite professional. Went the extra mile to provide superb service with a great attitude. He is a real example, of a young man, taking pride in providing exemplary service. He is clearly an asset to Wal-Mart.Thank you Noah.

This Walmart has some of the nicest employees I have ever seen in a Walmart period! There's always someone around to answer your questions. For example, I was in this Walmart yesterday afternoon. I asked one of the employees where the men's wallets were at. She stopped what she was doing, took me to the other side of the store directly where the wallets were at and asked me if I needed help with anything else, with a smile 😃 on her face!! That's old-school customer service with a smile. A lot of places forgot about sevice with a smile, but not the employees at the Segmon Road Wal-Mart here in Wilmington, North Carolina!!

I love me some Walmart. They have everything you could possibly want for good prices.

This Walmart is great. I worked there before. Be careful with the vagrant population that lives around the property.

❤Don't mess with wal- mart Supercenter. Better than running here there everywhere for things ( mostly all things under one roof). I have lived in mager cities ( traffic, traffic) as well as rural areas , (distance from one place to another to get to one store to another for things needed ),👍I appreciate Walmart and its Supercenter. ( Don't forget the corner stores "America" and the high prices thay had (" before"👈 ) Walmart was in any area across our country .A blessing in this day and the ( times.) Open Holidays , Hurricane s as much as they can for everyone ((( Love the employees❤ and Walmart❤.....they sacrifice👍 for their customers))).....I give credit where credit is due.... Thank you each and everyone.🙏❤

Update this is a messy Walmart but I am thankful for the associates that take their job seriously shout out to Kris automotive manger and Don you u both for your help on 06/26/23 both of those men are amazing Don was helpful til the end and Kris actually brought out my groceries to my car the pickup delivery went from bad to smooth sailing with the help of those 2! Thanks again guys!!

I shop here. I like the,24/7 convenience. I also sit here during the medicare season offering consultations. People from all walks of life shop here. Also tgey now offer many organaic healthy options now.

There seem to be a lot of low ratings on google for the Sigmon Rd. Walmart Supercenter in Wilmington but we love this store. The store is always busy, yep but that seems to be anywhere we shop these days. We love the ease of the scan and go or Walmart pay app and self checkout moves pretty fast. We've been disappointed with other Walmart store's produce selection and quality but this store always has excellent produce - we're finding it better than P****x so we stopped shopping there. The garden center is also excellent. Lots of selection and it's kept clean and the plants are healthy. It does take a bit of time to have groceries brought out to your car if you buy online and the specified parking spots are often filled by in store shoppers so we wouldn't recommend that option but everything else is great!

Great walmart. Busy. A lot of people were there. But nice and clean

On Oct 24 at 7:15PM, I had to visit Customer Service and later had a order for Pickup. The black gentleman at Customer Service was knowledgeable and provided great service to myself and the other customers in line. When I went to Order Pickup, the young man with the curly hair was very polite and helpful with my order. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The one in Wilmington NC was different from some of the other Wal-Mart stores. But then I can see why. Location plays a big part with UNC campus, major tourist destinations, and others. It was more...well for example the handicap motor cart had its own area like out of the way from shoppers coming and going. This also includes those waiting for the local city bus, cabs, and other transportation services. Basically a hallway with windows to make sure that you are out of the weather and wait for your ride. They had more self checkouts with a few cashier to handle the more usual larger bulks. I'm guessing that the automatic gate is a extra security factor. Overall it's good place to go for the things you need.
