Dunkin'

I go to this Dunkin almost everyday (sometimes twice a day😲😬) because the staff make my day every time I go! I leave smiling and feeling appreciated and cared for! All the staff make me feel soooo valued, especially Hannah! I love this place and am so grateful for the service and yummy, consistent coffee!

This is the best Dunkin. Fantastic staff (lady always convinces me to have something fresh out of the oven lol), their bagels are always warm and yummy, and the coffee perfect just how I order it. I drive 15 mins just to go to this Dunkin bc there’s no other one like it.

Always friendly and nice. Food and drinks taste great and my orders are always correct.

Best by Far for a Duncan Donuts 🍩 I will come very visit to Wilmington. They also always have the donuts we are craving g at the time. Which is very cool 😎 😀

Excellent Plain Jane potato, although there’s certainly nothing plain about it. It’s gigantic, very tasty & at a great price, for sure!

One of the best Dunkin coffees I’ve had and the stuffed bagel minis were cooked perfectly! The lady at the window was also so kind she was there today around 5:30, whoever her boss is needs to give her a raise because she was so joyful and sweet!

I dont know what beautiful person made my large frozen with xxxxx caramel on July 4th 2019 at your Market St location but that was the best frozen coffee ever!!!!! I have gone to different duncan stores in Wilmington NC, but the Market street location is my favorite. They always add the perfect amount of caramel and they have always been nice and have awesome customer service skills. My only place for my frozen coffee. Thank you!!!

This is by far my favorite facility I’ve been to. Nice people and down to earth. Always a good time and literally always on point with my drink. Y’all keep it up. DREAM TEAM! 💪🏽

I literally come to this Dunkin several times a week and they always make my ridiculous order right! I am not the easiest regular customer but they always accommodate me and make me feel special when I come in to get my order. Absolutely love this location.

I was having one of those afternoons where I just needed an iced cappuccino and as I was driving down the road there it was. When a Dunkin donuts appears before you it's hard not to think of it as a sign from God that you need coffee. The extra shot of espresso is definitely worth it. Keep up the good work team.

The employees are so polite. They seem to really enjoy their job. I went through the drive through at 8 am on a Tuesday and the service was quick, friendly and exceptional. Great experience. This was my first visit at this location.👍👍

I was having a rough day yesterday- left my laptop at home, running late for work kind of morning. I decided to stop at Dunkin and since the drive through had plenty of cars in it, decided to go inside. A nice young guy with dreads (I wish I got his name) got me donuts and coffee with a smile and a kind word. He was friendly and my coffee was delicious (as were the donuts). My day improved and so I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to him!

Even though there was a line the drive through the line moved quickly. Coffee was fresh and really good. Order was correct and we'll prepared. All in all a very good experience. I will visit again when in the area.

The drive thru is exceptional in a world of mediocrity. They are polite, efficient and accurate. They always, without fail, try to offer something else (upsell) to compliment your order. Great tasting breakfast food and excellent service. Kudos to you guys.

Coffee was fantastic and so was the service. They were all smiles the whole time I was in there. Would definitely come back. Marcus, the shift leader, and another gal (I’m sorry forgot her name) deserve a raise.

Im not really sure who made my coffee this morning but it was PERFECT!! The best blend of coconut and mocha In a cold brew that literally no other Dunkin can do. And the person at the window was super sweet too! I don't come often but it turned my day around completely.

Everybody expect a bunch of minimum wage work zombies to kiss their a**, but let's be real. They work hard. They're polite. The place is realistically clean. The coffee is on point. The donuts are out of this world.

Plus, their short survey gets you a free donut so idk why h8rs want to h8.

The people who work here are exceptionally friendly, work fast, rarely make any mistakes in my order, and will happily do whatever it takes (within reason) to make sure you have a good experience. This Dunkin' location is clean, well-lit, has a welcoming atmosphere, and almost never (in my experience) runs out of anything.
