The best home projects are the ones you do yourself. Home Depot makes the process a fun experience. Dwayne in Wilmington, NC walked up to us & asked if we needed assistance & then what kind of project were we doing? He asked in such a conversational way that it felt like talking to someone we already knew. He even cut the board up for us to the measurement we needed. These days the store workers hide or ignore the customers completely. Home Depot rocks bc they understand not to do that & to tend to the customer's needs is what a store was built for. Thanks Home Depot. Looking forward in our next adventure here. 💪🔨

DCee did a fabulous job of helping me find the right light bulb for my special lamp. Now that this beautiful lamp has a bulb and some extra ones as spares, it's ready to wrap up as a gift for the holidays to a family friend. Great customer service! Like a boss, Home Depot had what I needed and saved the gift-giving day!!

I had a wonderful experience here! Being a female I don’t know much about tools. Went in n Brett was called to help me. He was fantastic!! We couldn’t find the exact set I was looking for but he didn’t give up! He climbed to the top shelves and found something so similar! And the exact same price I was looking for! He went over every tool in set and made sure I knew what I was getting! Even stopped by the check out to say bye. He was very knowledgeable, kind and so energetic about his job! Brett is the reason I will go back! Thank you Brett, my brother loved the tool set!!

The guys (Mike and David)in plumbing were very helpful. Allen was helpful in electrical. These guys helped me get the right supplies for my new water heater install. Thanks a million.

I’ve spent a lot of time here recently and have always received great customer service. Everyone is friendly. The few returns I have made have been quick and easy.

Great experience. Had to buy a new refrigerator and they had a great assortment and some good sales. The staff although busy jumped on getting us some help and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Keep up the great work HD

Super friendly service. Associates loaded over 1000 lbs. of items into my truck curbside and we’re good natured and friendly the entire time.

I rented a lawnmower and a big leaf blower last weekend. Both machines were awesome. The price was very reasonable ($50ish bucks for 4 hours total). Also, both of the women at the desk were friendly and fast and knew their stuff. A good time all around. Thanks 👍

Always get good assistance here and find items I need on stock. I was using Lowes more often but it seems like their inventory is always short and it's hard to find assistance. I will be using Home Depot more often now.

I purchased a grill today. The experience was excellent. A very nice gentleman - I didn’t get his name - helped me select the grill and hooked me up with customer service, Bryan. Bryan was very friendly and helpful. During the transaction, he discovered a receipt error that required refunding the first transaction and re-entering everything. Assistant Manager, Johnny helped resolve the problem. Bryan was reassuring throughout and made every effort to expedite the process and provided a small discount because of the prolonged process. He even loaded the propane tank in my car as the rain was pouring down. They went beyond anything I could have expected. Thank you!

Always had a good experience with this location, but wanted to recognize a memorable one I had this past weekend. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and are quickly realizing all the ‘builder grade’ stuff we need to touch up or replace. We were helped by Bill P, who was one of the most genuine and helpful people we have come across. Thank you Bill for all your assistance and knowledge!

I love the garden section at this Home Depot location, especially the wide assortment of indoor plants.

I know most people think Home Depot is a fairly cut and dry experience, therefore not requiring a review, but my service today was unbelievable and I wanted to personally and publicly applaud their associate, Penny, today. Penny helped us find the right blinds for our window and answered all questions we had to make sure we got the right fit. She also took the time to grab them from the VERY top of the shelf and then cut them perfectly for us. We’re so pleased with her assistance and wanted to make sure she felt properly appreciated.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for probably 25 years. I haven’t ever given a review though. The last few times I’ve been in I’ve been helped by a guy named Parker and was very happy with the service. He was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help me out with my project. More importantly he seemed to really know what he was talking about. Great service. I’ll seek him out next time I need Pro Desk help, although I almost always get great service at Home Depot.

Always good and friendly help for everything from directions to help with the individual articles there you may want to purchase. Wonderful dispositions on these helpful Home Depot people. Not to mention I buy most of my annual plants they're not very good prices
