Holy smokes, what a collection! The used shop here in Wilmington reminded me *immediately* of two others that top my favorites list: The Abbey Bookshop in Paris and the old Seminary Co-op in Hyde Park / Chicago, IL, USA. Take a look at the few photos I posted, and you'll see immediately why I drew those connections. For those who don't have that experience, consider: the proprietor has clearly been building this collection for a long time. I was wowed, and it takes kind of a lot for a bookshop to hit me like this. Wow.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened decades ago. Steve is the most knowledgeable person regarding books I have ever met. An excellent selection of only books, All killer and no filler. Prices are great and he will buy your good books at a fair price. I'm glad he has been part of the community for all these years.

Fabulous inventory of history books as well as all others. Well laid out and organized for ease in finding what you want. Prices were really good as well. Highly recommend

Loved the selection! All the books were so unique and there was a little bit of everything. I got two books on herbs that I can't wait to read! The shop owner was super friendly and I loved the little shop dog!

Love this place from beginning to end. There is an adorable dog who greets you as you come in and that of course sets the mood for a perfect experience. The entire vibe of this place is exactly what I love about used bookstores. Highly recommend taking the time to browse and enjoy yourself. The proprietor is very friendly and extremely helpful.

This is a quaint little used book store in Wilmington. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. When you talk with him, you can see his enthusiasm for the store and books. Found some great books that I don't think I could have found elsewhere without paying a premium price. I highly recommend book lovers to check out this bookstore and support it. I'll be back when I'm in Wilmington.

Well-organized used bookstore and friendly staff. I came in to browse a few topics and found the selection to be impressive for the space. There were even dividers in certain collections (like state histories) separating individual states. Subtle touches like that made this one of the more memorable used bookstores I've visited across the country.

Love this place! They have a true wealth of books, including many rare, unusual, and older publications. Love their science fiction / fantasy section and the children's books are a must for any parent with young ones. Also, the gentleman behind the counter is super nice and helpful. My sister and I got a copy of Alice in Wonderland from the 1800's for around $10. You can't beat that!

Well worth the visit. Owner is friendly and helpful. Many unusual books at reasonable prices. Have visited several times and hope to return again.

ALWAYS a pleasure. A huge selection that always refreshes and changes. I don’t live near Wilmington, but when I visit family who does, I never miss a chance to come back to this book store.

This is the best used bookstore in Wilmington by far. The selection is wide ranging, and high quality. I am particularly interested in world history and war history, and I have found many books here on subjects pertaining to my somewhat obscure niche as hell interests. One of my favorite books I've ever read, I found here: Inside Hitler's Greece.

This bookstore is incredible. I grabbed a novel and I cannot wait to read it.

A cool lite book store with a lot more inventory than you'd expect, including hard to find items. Plan on spending a little time there if you go. It's organized, but in am independent book store kind of way. The staff is friendly and helpful.
