The UPS Store

I almost don't want to brag about this UPS store location because it's normally not busy, and I kind of want to keep it a secret. It's hidden from the view of Oleander Rd, but I really want everyone to know that the service here is excellent. I live closer to another UPS location but drive further because of how nice and helpful the people are here. Josh just waited on me, and wow, his customer service was awesome! Thanks, Josh!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Cade at the UPS Store, and I must say, the level of service I received was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Cade greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease.

Cade's knowledge and expertise were evident as he efficiently assisted me with my shipping needs. He not only answered all my questions with patience but also went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood the shipping options available to me. Cade's professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Marcel is the best employee anyone could ever ask for. Extremely kind, patient, and helps everyone with a smile. Make sure to ask for her next time you come to this location!

I’ve been to many UPd stores in town and this one is by far the best. Vince was especially helpful and friendly. All the folks working there are great. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I came to the store to shred almost 75 pounds of documents. JD was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping and printing needs

We tried to go to another location and it was closed. We called Kyle and he assured us he would stay open for us, even though we were cutting it close to closing time. We arrived and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciate good service and efficiency which Kyle embodies. We will drive the extra mile to come to this location for good service.

I went to this UPS store with a very large packing and shipping request. Josh was so helpful and patient and made sure everything was handled to perfection. Even though Josh was by himself he was able to accommodate us and other customers with no hiccups. Thank you Josh for helping us!

First, let me start by saying that Marcsel took the headache and hassle out of shipping. I don’t know if it was her can-do attitude or her wonderful smile and positive attitude that truly made this experience one-of-a-kind this UPS store is the only UPS store. I will go for all my shipping meats if you find shipping and post office is a headache, and a hassle look no further, this is your Excedrin.

Great customer service and very Knowledgeable. Came in not knowing how I would ship a present to my brother across the country and Thomas was very helpful in helping me choose a shipping method and packaging to ensure it arrived intact. I thought I was going to be there for a long time trying to get all this sorted out and he made it a breeze! I will definitely come back to this location anytime I need anything shipped.

Wendy is so kind and super helpful. I went today which is a holiday weekend and it was packed. People getting notary service, shipping service and Amazon returns. She was the only worker there and despite being super busy she had a positive, caring and helpful attitude. She was great at multitasking and super efficient/fast despite everything going on. I found myself smiling and didn’t mind waiting at all because she had a contagious smile and positive energy. Really makes a difference!
