I had an extremely pleasant experience at the CVS. Judy was the person who helped me find all the things I needed, and at one point Chris, who works there also helped out with one of the issues and I saw and spoke to Tracy who
I believe was going into the pharmacy to get ready to open up and she was very pleasant. And you can tell that everyone was wearing a badge with her/his name on it which I may not have been really looking at other places, but I don’t remember being in a store where everybody had a very clear name badge and that was a friendly gesture in itself. So as a result, I want a job at the CVS😜Seriously!

Really great experience with the male pharmacist closing tonight. I just left urgent care, where they called in several prescriptions to this pharmacy, saying they were open 24 hrs. They are not, but despite being closed, with their gate down, the pharmacist offered to help me find a walgreens that WAS and transferred them.

Rare, when a big retailer goes the extra mile for a patient when it would have been far easier, and well within reason, to not do so. Well done and much appreciated!

Today I experienced the most amazing customer service that I have ever received. I was greeted with an enthusiastic welcome and help was offered in the kindest ways. Cameron and Alisha (I can’t remember her first name for sure) were amazing and made me want to return to this location again and again for all of my CVS needs!

When the CVS at Pine Valley texted me 3 days prior to my son needing a refill on his prescription and told me it would be ready, only for me to call on that Friday (the day of pickup) and be told they hadn't filled it but it would be ready by 830 pm... then receive a call 10 minutes later that they were out of his medicine. I tried to call 7 times for an hour straight and noone would answer the phone for me to transfer to another CVS location. I ended up calling the Oleander/College Road location. They answered the phone promptly, checked to see if they had it in stock, called the other store and had it ready in one hour. HIGHLY recommend this location. The team there is top notch and so helpful.

I just want to say that if you go to the minute clinic and get the pleasure of being seen by the NP Betty Moore, you’re so lucky. I’ve seen her several times and truthfully would rather go see her than my regular PCP. She’s so kind, and knowledgeable. They sure are lucky to have her! I feel comfortable with her, she’s always so informative and suggestive on things I have questions about. Today I brought my son in and she was so sweet with her co-worker and let him color while we did my visit. If she ever leaves, I’m following her to where ever she goes! Thank you Mrs. Moore for being such a wonderful, and helpful lady!

Took my sick child to CVS for a COVID test. Staff was exceptional! They were so kind and full of compassion. They got us right in for our appointment and we did not have to wait. When the nurse practitioner called with results she was so kind and showed so much concern for my child. She went above and beyond her duties. This test was supposed to be done at Walgreens earlier in the day. We showed for the confirmed appointment and after waiting for 30 minutes we learned they made us an appointment at a time when the store is not even opened. The staff was so rude and had no compassion for my sick child. They need to take notes from CVS.

Took my mom and sister to CVS on Oleander when they were in town before we left for a week long vacation. We needed a few things when we ran into Scott, an employee at the store. He was so helpful, explained the new customer loyalty program to us and shared all the details of the Minute Clinic they have there. It has been a long time since I have received such impeccable customer service in town. Thankful for your help, Scott!

The pharmacy department has only ever been friendly and helpful to me, with nary a negative experience. I'd like to give a special shout out to Elisa/Eliza for her wonderful banter and attitude, and the willingness to tussle with my insurance for three hours on my behalf. Outstanding young lady. She also complimented me on my hair, which shows she has great taste.

Pharmacy is great and the front store employees are top notch!!!!!!

I needed a Covid PCR test for travel and got stressed because I waited a little too long and didn't properly account for processing time. I decided to go to the pharmacy the night before to inquire if I could take the test before the scheduled appointment time. That wasn't possible, but the gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain the process and alleviated my fear. All worked out well and I got the test result in time. Thank YOU!

Pharmacy staff is welcoming and helpful, I had to change pharmacies because of insurance; was a little hesitant at first but they have been so kind through the transition. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

Cici was very helpful and super nice. She resolved my issue with redeeming a coupon. Excellent customer service.

The walk-in clinic is the best at CVS. Linda Provencial Pritchard had a business with walk-in service. Her clientele found it very convenient and walk-in service is a true money maker for professionals alike.

Amazing customer service at this location for pharmacy, minute clinic and store purchases. Zac in pharmacy is especially efficient and helpful. Was greated by several people in store offered help etc. Great service on several occasions.

Always has what you need for a fast, convenient visit to get all of your health related needs.
