Fast on time service. Tech was very knowledgeable. Only problem he had trouble locating the waterline inside the wall. Cut twice as much drywall than was necessary. Such is life. Gives me a project for the day. Michael and Son is a wonderful company. We have called them for electrical and A/C work.

Scheduled services immediately and sent very professional text with estimated times and teaching of the technician and an introduction so we knew who he was, when he arrived. Service was done expertly and matched the quote given. A thorough invoice with detailed explanation and pictures of repairs, were given as well as a call to go over everything. They gave an option for a full plumbing,
HVAC and electrical inspection that comes with discounted rates on the repair that we received and future repairs, which is a great idea. Really happy with the service we received and will definitely use them again and refer friends to them. Well done!

Ryan was prompt, professional and friendly. He replaced a hot water tank and toilet. He did an excellent job and left no mess. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

Fantastic, thorough and courteous service. What started as routine maintenance turned into a full diagnostic. Emmanuel was extremely efficient, patient and kept us updated all along the way. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of these guys. Cody and Ian were both super friendly and helpful. Cody determined I needed a new breaker and had Ian dispatched within 1/2 hour to replace my breaker for my water heater. They took the time to educate me and check all areas of potential problems. Michael and sons are my go to from now on! Ian and Cody will always be requested.

They were able to check out our water heater to give us an honest assessment quickly and were able to immediately manage the replacement. Ryan was the service tech that helped us and he was able to answer all of our questions. He also completed the work quickly with no mess. I will certainly call them again.

They're really professional and very knowledgeable. Brian took the time to make appropriate recommendations as well as detailing his work on both of my HVAC units. Highly recommend. No marketing pressure tactics either.

David D from Michael and Sons did a very thorough HVAC inspection and service. He made recommendations to add hard start kit to extend the life of our compressor, which we concurred with. Overall he did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him to others.

Our service technician (David Drury) was prompt, and even gave us a call to let us know he was on the way. Very quick and efficient service, and the unit was fixed in no time! Will be requesting him for future services if needed.

We did want him to take care of these issues.
I thought he'd have to come back to finish the job, but he had the parts on the truck and was able to perform the tasks.

Michael & Son heating and air conditioning technicians are complete professionals. Had issues with my house for some time. I called Michael & Son for a heating and air inspection they sent their technician named David. After I told David the issues we were having, he analyzed the situation and thoroughly checked. All of my equipment told me what the issues were, how to fix them. Not only was I impressed how he found the issues that others overlooked but also how professional he was as he went along with his work. Not only will I be using Michael and Son heating and air for the future, but I will also be recommending that David be the sole technician to work my heating and air unit.
