Everyone is so friendly . You're not usually there five minutes before someone does offer to help you find something.They have a little bit of everything. Im a housecleaner and this is usually where I get my products. I love the feeling of small town hospitality even in a big city. Thanks guys

Unmatched customer service! I have bought some odds and ends here before but went in to talk to them as a Sliver Traeger dealer and they were able to assemble and deliver the grill I was after the next day, at no additional charge. They also have a great selection of pellets and accessories from Traeger.

It was a pleasure to go to this hardware store ! Everyone was super helpful! I always love to go to a hardware store like this as opposed to a big box store . Heather worked on an antiquated plumbing piece for me after we realized that I probably wouldn't be able to find a replacement . Great customer service ! Bonus! THE BEST. I drive all the way across town to shop at Stevens Hardware. Consistent good vibes and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

Friendly service, your go to neighborhood hardware store. If you don't want to walk through the big hardware stores, this is the one for you. We paid at the counter and drove around the back for a 40 lb bag of salt. Backed the car right up against the loading dock. The entire thing took 3 minutes, can't beat the convenience or service!

I am so glad this store is here!! Deceptively small - it is stocked with all kinds of things you would expect to find at a real hardware store that you would never find at the big evil box home centers. Also, possibly the best thing about this store is that there are actually knowledgeable people who work there and who are available to assist in finding things - as opposed to Home Depot and Lowe’s where you can wander the aisles for days in search of help.

Had a relatively simple transaction, but customer service put them over the top. Asked Logan if they had any more of the product I wanted out back, and he said he’d check and came back with more tout suite. Very pleasant to speak to, carried what I couldn’t out to my car un prompted and ended my experience with a firm handshake. In a day where it seems retail struggles to find quality employees, they have plenty on hand.

Such a sweet store. Can a Hardware store even be sweet? Lol The nostalgia of it was wonderful. Plus, they have everything you need including wonder incense sticks near the counter! The employees are are so kind and nice as you'd think they be in a neighborhood hardware store. They always have time to answer questions and explain things!🥰

This is the best Ace Hardware store in town.
It is the biggest, has great selection and employees are very helpful and friendly.
Bryant is the best, he helped me with some copper piping and other things I needed to finish my project.
Highly reccomend it.
