I had the best experience with American Roofing Company! I had a leak and they sent someone out the next day to check out the leak. Walter was very professional and explained what the situation was. He was super knowledgeable and was able to repair the leak right away! I am so grateful and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repairs!

Being in real estate I've heard so many times about door to door roof salesmen who are less than honorable. So when I met Joseph Slayton, I listened critically and asked tough questions and requested documentation of promises being made. I have to say, the process was not without hiccups or problems, but if you live long enough you know that is part of life. The measure of a company is how they respond to such issues. And Joseph and American Roofing hit a home run on every issue that popped up. I never expect a perfect process. But I do expect perfect effort in customer service. I got it! Our new roof looks wonderful. The yard shows no signs that a army of workers had been there. Well done! I have and will continue to refer Joseph to my clients.

This company is legit! Chase Allen is awesome . I'm a new home owner, and my roof was never replaced before my purchase, but I didn't really think much of it. But when he did his inspection and came upon some issues that could potentially become bigger issues for me if not taken care of; I decided to take action. He did not push or try to sell anything. But he did give me options.

He was very straightforward about what he and his team wanted to accomplish. He walked me through everything I needed to do and even did a follow-up after the work was done. My roof looks so good! I'm happy that I went with them. Everything went well from beginning to end. They got my roof done in great timing!! They also cleaned up the mess pretty well. I came home to a brand new roof! Walter went above and beyond to ensure my roof was properly repaired. He spent countless hours overseeing the project and also following up after recent storms to make sure there were no further issues. Walter is the epitome of excellent customer service. Chase Allen was our sales rep and project manager for American Roofing. Chase was proactive and involved every step when submitting the claim. He kept on top of the insurance approval process.
After the claim was approved, Chase stepped me through the process of getting the build scheduled. He also checked in regularly during the project in work to make sure there were no problems.
Our new roof looks great. American is customer centered, which is a rarity these days.

American Roofing Company installed my new roof earlier today. From the first call all the way to completion, Chase Allen was professional, responsive, and attentive. The crew dropped materials off yesterday afternoon and I received a call at lunchtime to inform me that the job was complete. These guys CRUSHED IT, Everything done in one day, roof looks great and NO surprises with Price. They worked with my insurance carrier, made sure all necessary repairs where covered. Made sure I understood the complete price. I don't know why you would go anywhere else.

Chase Allen was the representative that set me up with the services I needed. He helped with the paperwork, setting up the insurance inspection and offered assistance in sending the insurance check to the mortgage company for endorsement. The roofers showed up early and got right to work. They were finished in a day. My yard was left as clean as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this roofing company.

Chase Allen came by and offered a free roof inspection since he was repairing homes in our subdivision. He brought down photos showing wind and hail damage. He called our insurance agent and everything ran smoothly from then on. We received full coverage from our insurance company, minus the deductible. The roofing company accepted that amount plus any upgrades we selected. They set the date and checked in twice prior to the appointment. Everything was done on time and the area was completely cleaned up immediately. We are extremely pleased with our new roof. We have recommended them to several friends.

I had a few minor water spots appear interior ceiling. I contacted this company to give me an estimate and they were able to do an inspection and verify hail damage and help me with the insurance process reducing my out of pocket expenses a ton. They were very helpful and responsive. The day of replacement of my roof the roofing team showed up at 7am and got right to work. They got the job done quickly and very well, cleaned up all their trash and were done in a day. The operations mgr came by twice to check in. I highly recommend this company.

Let me tell you, this company is better than any other roofing company I have dealt with. Lucas was my rep and from day 1 he was AMAZING! I have had other reps from other companies come out, blow steam, and then leave me their information. Lucas was more thorough than any other rep and took the time to break everything down to me of what was going on with my roof and the code upgrades that have occurred since the roof was last changed. What made this even more interesting was dealing with the insurance company. My previous company consolidated, and my new company pushed me to them based on weather reports. Whatever, it wasn’t a big deal but boy were we in for a ride. Lucas did majority of the leg work for me with tracking down the exact avenue we needed to go down and preparing all documents needed except for a few things I needed to fill out. When we finally got the approval, Francisco stepped in for the scheduling of the material drop off and installation of the new roof. Everything was spot on with communication and execution of this process. The guys who did the install were here early and did a fantastic job including clean up. I highly recommend American Roofing and the Lucas/Francisco team!

We loved working with Lucas and Chris. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They made everything run so smoothly with adjuster and insurance. Our new roof looks fantastic! We have a very large, steep roof but they had it done in 2 days. After the roof was completed they cleaned up extra thoroughly. Definitely recommend them!

And the work was done on time and in a very professional manner. Chase Allen was awesome in his updates of my situation on the status of my insurance claim. He really needs to open his own branch!

Long story short I was convinced I’d have to pay out of pocket for a whole new roof on a house I’d owned for 3 months. I called American Roofing Company to get an estimate and Lucas encouraged me to check my inspection photos from the sale and submit it as a claim to my insurance. Sure enough insurance agreed to cover it. Everyone at American Roofing Company was kind and professional. They replaced my whole roof on my 1250 sqf home in one day and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. From the time I reached out to when my roof was complete was less than 5 weeks. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company!

We had the roof replaced on our home after hail damage. Clayton was very responsive in scheduling the inspection, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in negotiating the insurance process. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly, with respect for our plants and patio. Clayton even came to check the work! Their customer service is first rate!

I was very pleased with the interactions I had with the members of this company. Lucas verified my wind damage, talked to the insurance company, answered any questions I had and EVEN discussed the importance of color options/roof durability if I ever wanted to resale. It didn’t stop there. Francisco called to confirm my appointment explained everything that would happen the days up to and on repair day very well. On repair day everything happened just as explain with both Francisco and Lucas there if there were any questions or concerns. The team was on-time, polite, professional, quick (1 full day 6am-6pm and from 6am-11am the following day), and clean. My roof never looked so good! They took a daunting task for a homeowner and made it into a smooth process.

We had some hail damage from 2020 and I talked with Chase Allen about what all we could do about. He was professional and clearly explained the process for a roof replacement.

He was there throughout the entire replacement and even worked with the insurance agent.

The roof looks great now, and the workers cleaned up the yard, I don't think I found one nail after everything was done. They hauled off the garbage and within 2 days, I had a new roof.

I'd give Chase and this company 10 stars if I could.
