Me and my family shops here all the time. It helps that we live right around the corner but even if we didn't the people who work at our Family Dollar location would be worth the drive. They have always been approachable, respectful, helpful and best of all always willing to engage in a little Chit Chat and laughter. In other words both professional and down to earth. They always make a point to ask about my grandson if he's not with us. I also love the new setup of the store. It's more accessible, easier to navigate and it looks much more neat and streamline. I do feel that they may need an extra hand when the deliveries come in because trying to watch the register and get the items out of the boxes and on the Shelf quicker to clear the aisles, is a bit difficult. I know because I've been there done that. I actually understand they can't be in two places at one time and the difficulty in trying to do so. The fact that they are doing all of this and continuing to manage to give great service to their customers is to be applauded. Consider this my Applause to all of them.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. That is very rare these days. I hope they continue to give good customer service.
