Excellent customer service and staff knows their product . Kelsey assisted me with questions about painting furniture and gave me 3 options to make project a success
The team here always helpful and very pleasant.
Also great deals as SW does run great sales and you’re assisted to make the right product selections not like big box stores where staff usually doesn’t know enough to be helpful.

I've worked with Sherwin Williams in many locations for years, and this was the most pleasant interaction I've had in my memory. The entire crew at this location was extremely polite and helpful to me and our superintendent yesterday. The store was clean, well-organized, and we were greeted and assisted immediately upon entry. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Kudos!

I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped us today, but she was awesome! We were kind of difficult - we were looking for a stain color without much info other than brown. We picked the wrong color (totally on us). We managed to come back with a tiny piece of the fence and she was able to figure out the color BUT my fiancé didn’t want a semi transparent because the wood we had was awful and we needed better coverage. The color we needed didn’t exactly come in a solid, but she honest to goodness found a way to make it. She was so patient and helpful with us. I just have to give her a shout out! (6/3)

Kevin and all the staff at this location are amazing!! After being sent here by another location for paint, we were really please. Kevin took the time to educate us on the paint types and called around to several locations to find the paint that we needed. He was extremely professional and we could tell right away that he cares about the customers. The other staff was helpful as well, checking to see if other co-workers need assistance. A rated service!!

Saleswoman went above and beyond to answer my questions and find the product I needed. The Emerald paint is the best on the market, goes on like silk, covers perfectly. Covers in 2 coats. Love it!

They've always done right by us even the occasional times when we had problems (even ones due to our own fault). The paint, while pricey, is worth it. Covers so much better and such better quality.

I have always had great experiences at your store! Everyone is very helpful! I am not great at choosing colors and always have to get lots of samples and advise. Even if it's 5 minutes to closing everyone I've met has been cheerful and very patient with me! Everyone is knowledgeable and customer service is unmatched!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Sherwin Williams on North Main Street. Their customer service is excellent! The holiday season can be stressful with managing finances and family members. Ontop of it all, my parents are remodeling their house. An employee named Aaron came to my aid and answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable fashion. He was incredilby patient and kind.

In my case, it's helpful to bring in the kind of paint that was used during construction in order create a perfect match. Training could include matching the kind of paint used during construction to the home address in order expedite the process. Great customer service and selection.

Aaron is amazing! He was super helpful and has a wealth of knowledge regarding proper painting techniques. I highly recommend this Sherwin Williams location. Super friendly!

Sherwin Williams is by far the best paint you can use. The service they offer is unmatched when comparing against box stores. They know paint and stick to it. I would always recommend Sherwin Williams.
