Went in with no expectations, just hoping for good fried seafood. It was close & price was fair upon Internet sleuthing.
I was not disappointed about anything that hit my table this night!!! From the fried pickles & green tomatoes, to the onion rings & collards, EVERYTHING was delicious! The oysters & scallops we had were fantastic & almost perfect! Lightly floured & fried perfectly.
I can't recommend the yellow squash enough!!! It was so amazing!

Everything was delicious, perfectly fried & fresh!!! Price was very reasonable for the quality of food served. And even the sweet tea was awesome! If/when I'm back in the area, it's a definite must for me!!!

Found this little gem from a Google search. We were traveling with our camper from Savannah to Charleston and wanted a place to grab a late lunch. Beased on the reviews it sounded like it would be very good and it was. We had fried shrimp baskets. One with fries and the other with fried okra. It was all excellent and served quickly. It was made to order and came out hot. You do order at the counter and then sit with a number on your table . They bring the food out to you. Drinks are where also fix yourself. To finish the meal, we had a banana pudding and it was delicious. I did notice they were doing a lot of to go orders. If you're in the area, be sure to stop and have a meal.

Opened right at 11. Friendly staff. Shrimp and flounder were so good!! Huge portion on fried okra. Fried pickles are tasty and large portion. Great stop off the interstate for lunch.

Was looking for a seafood meal not far off the interstate and Fiddlers had great reviews. The restaurant is super small, maybe 12 tables inside and 6 outside. Food was excellent. We had a fish and shrimp platter, a shrimp basket, and 2 kids meals for $42. This stop will get added to our route in the future.

Awesome fried seafood place! Legit piles of hand battered fried deliciousness. Shout-out to Alexis who was an absolute sweetheart. The family platters were a lot of eating! Missed doing the photos of the food because the family ate it all before I could get photos. Worth dropping by if passing the area!

You step inside and the great smell of fresh fish hit me & the saliva started to flow. The smell was so good I told the order taker, “I will be highly disappointed if this does not taste as good as it smells.”

Driving down Interstate I-95, you do not see the ocean, just trees, rivers and swampland. This gem h is deceiving close to the Atlantic and has great suppliers for fish.

So the scallop basket I ordered came out. Hot fried scallops - juicy inside & SO good. Collard greens were piping hot, flavors like you want from homemade dishes. And yes, the hushpuppy balls, as big as a golf ball, are well seasoned too.

Hats of to the chef. And the server who brought the delicious meal to the table & checked that I liked everything.

Next trip along this section of I-95, I know where I want to go - back to here!

Great food with HUGE portions of fish! We got the two pieces of fish on our platters thinking just the one wouldn't be enough--turns out, one is more than enough 😅 Tasty tartar sauce, I liked the little bits of jalapeno in the hushpuppies. Perfect fry on the fish; no soggy breading or large chunks of just breading. Definitely need to make sure to stop by here again when visiting family!

I love this place. Different seafood options to chose from. I am a scallop lover and I always have problems getting my kind of scallops but Fiddlers had it so right for that I ended up eating my basket of scallops within 10 minutes.

My dirty rice side dish was very tasty and I loved it.

The environment was relaxing and inviting with a young man playing guitar and singing. I see so much talent in him and I know soon he will be a super star.

First time ever dining here and I’ve got to say, I completely understand the allure. It has such a hometown classic vibe that makes you appreciate the town and food more. The lemonade is hands down one of the best lemonades & drinks I’ve ever had. It has got to be handmade bc I’ve never tasted anything premade that delicious before.

I had the po’ boy shrimp sandwich and at first thought it looked kinda small. But it’s the perfect ratio of bread, tomato/lettuce & fried shrimp. I’m stuffed after eating 3 bites of the Mac salad, 1 hush puppy and 1 full po’boy. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I come through SC!

Loved this place!! Found this little gem and absolutely loved it!! Staff was extremely friendly!!! Portions were large and the price was very fair!! Shrimp were nicely sizes, hushpuppies were fantastic with a little kick to them and the crab cake was amazing!! If ever in this area again I will return!!

Found this place on Google maps so stopped in for lunch. Such a delightful little restaurant! People were extremely polite and helpful. The place is very clean and they are very sanitary per Covid. The menu is large. We had the seafood platter with Shrimp and Scallops with a side of okra and yellow squash. Delicious and a lot of it! We also had the cold seafood plate. A good portion of shrimp salad on a bed of lettuce with bing cherries, grapes, pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe melon, tomato and cucumbers. We also had fried mushrooms. All in all, I'd recommend it to everyone.

Fabulously delicious. My favorite Oyster Stew and Popcorn shrimp was perfect. My family got flounder and scallops and woofed them down. Hushpuppies were so tasty. I also purchased some home made jam (strawberry/rubbarb), had to taste before continuing, also from local store, and excellent. Thank you.

Everything was great.... I was heading back to Florida and found this restaurant. I'm glad I decided to try it because it was amazing. Will definitely visit again when I'm coming thru South Carolina

The food tasted great. Thai Shrimp was fresh and South Carolina sweet. But I dont like eating tail shells. I know its a culinary phenomenon at the moment but I dont like that part. Wouldnt eat shrimp heads either and I grew up eating out of the ocean. Was good with a side of grits. Steak had a great flavor on Philly Cheese Steak, very pub like, and it was affordable. Fried mushrooms tasted fresh and not greasy. Overall if you are a South Carolina seafood addict, like me, i would buy this food anytime. Very local taste and fresh. And now you can get it delivered by Door Dash. Super Awesome for seafood.

This was a great seafood meal! Big portions for reasonable prices! Quaint little counter service casual restaurant. I highly recommended eating here if you're in the mood for a seafood meal! They have other items too if you're not a seafood fan.

Very good food. I had the flounder special, (fish, fries, cole slaw, drink and dessert under $9) I also got an order of shrimps. Very tasty! I will be back when I'm in the area.

I haven't been here in about 3 years since moving. I was lucky enough to be in the area today and I remembered exactly how to get there! I got a shrimp po boy and added scallops with a side of hush puppies. It is 1000000% as amazing as I remembered it! My boyfriend finally understood why I was freaking out about how great their food is! He got the oyster po boy added scallops and a side of hush puppies as well and he fell in love! Our hearts and tummies are so very happy!

We live within a 5 minute drive of what some people consider some of the best seafood restaurants in the state. We took a A leisurely Sunday excursion led us to Fiddlers Seafood, it immediately stood out in its own unique way. Unlike the bustling waterfront seafood giants catering to the masses, Fiddlers embodied a refreshingly different approach. They preserved the authenticity of southern classics and it was evident and truly commendable.
Stepping into this unassuming storefront, we found ourselves in a space that was comfortable in ir’s simplicity. The chalkboard menu added a touch of old-world charm, while the laid-back atmosphere set the stage for a relaxing experience. What truly stole the show, however, was the food. "Great" was what I came up with after the first bite to describe the food we ordered. The operative word here was "simple," and Fiddlers embraced it wholeheartedly.
In a world where many restaurants strive to modernize and add twists to traditional dishes, Fiddlers proudly stayed true to their roots. Great local place for fresh shrimp and seafood meals. Great food and casual atmosphere. Prices are good for the quality of the food

If I lived here I would have 4 or 5 meals a week here , excellent food and very reasonable. Grilled mahi and scallops, extraordinary!
