This is by far the best Lowe’s I’ve been too! The customer service from the wood cutting section ( Mr. Jeremy ) was absolutely fantastic. He helped me with my situation quick and efficiently. He was very helpful and extremely kind. Best experience at a Lowe’s yet!

It's always a pleasure to shop here! We met Dan, new to the paint department (previously in tools), and he helped us with questions we had about low VOC paint - little or no odor! I have serious chemical sensitivities and have been nervous at the thought of painting our new (to us) house. I'm SO excited to choose colors for my white, white, white home. 4yrs
old, it has the original contractors' paint on the walls. It's terrible.
I have a stack of paint swatches, magazine ideas, and Pinterest boards to leisurely choose from now. Thank you Dan, and thank you Lowe's! We'll be back soon. :)

Our experience started out not so good with online ordering when trying to order a stackable washer dryer for a small condo in Hilton Head. The store Manager Mark and his team had the situation resolved and the unit delivered and installed in two hours!!! We’re very thankful for this exceptional level of service.

(Laura) in the lighting department has a great spirit. In her heart she had too She persist. Until she found the item I desired too purchase. When I talked to another agent at a checkout terminal. I never met anyone so uncaring, too lazy too understand my plea. So I found Laura again. Within minutes she worked at helping a disabled veteran get a discount the other employee brushed aside. Thank you Laura for you service and having the soul in you. Peace out, Buddy!!!

This place is huge. Here you can find anything for the home, tools, floors, carpets, lamps, for construction, etc. Everything is well organized and well marked. The gardening area is very complete. As for the price, it is a bit More expensive than Home Depo, so when you can't find something at one, you can go to the other. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good selection. Customer service is decent. Tends to have more things in stock and awesome clearance deals.

5 Stars for the Employee RUSS that works or helped us in Lumber!!! My husband is new at making things and really needed advice on the type of wood to buy and with the measurements. Russ knew literally EVERYTHING, he took the time to explain everything to us and help us. I have Never encountered a Lowes employee like him.

I had 75 bags of pine bark delivered to a property on HHI through the my Lowe's app!! Easy as can be!! I left a note on the delivery for the driver to call and Jody had excellent customer service and driving skills!! He called when in route and gave me a ETA. Thank you to all the employees at Lowe’s who makes a difference for every customer! We appreciate you!!

I have to share just how much I love our Bluffton lowes.

I normally deal with Trey at the pro desk. Trey is extremely knowledgeable - I haven't stumped him with a question yet, he always knows how to help and he's just an all around nice guy. Trey should be held as an example of what truly great customer service should be.

On top of that, I recently had the great pleasure of dealing with the manager, Matt. Matt made me feel like I was the most important customer in the store and took a great deal of time to help me set up an account. He did not make me feel that I was taking up his time and I felt that he gave all his attention to me without regard to how busy he must have been. All I can say is that it must be a pleasure to be on his team.

My husband and I are regular Lowe's shoppers and we have never had a poor experience but I have to give a special shout out to Ken in the paint department. I have purchased paint from him several times and he is always kind, professional and helpful. He always takes the extra time to answer any/all of my questions along with providing his professional opinion and I leave feeling confident in my purchase and excited about my project. They have great staff! Friendly and super helpful. They always have what I'm looking for. I don't think there has ever been a time where they were out of stock! Great place to shop!
