The online scheduling procedure is a breeze and the communication concerning your appointment is excellent. Brandon Brown was my service adviser, and he was very helpful making sure we were going to get all the items taken care of. The entire staff is super friendly and they always welcome my old dog.

AutoNation Subaru in Hilton head is the only place you should buy a car. After being treated very rudely by infinity of Hilton head, I walked into a dealership which actually felt more like family. My daughter bought her Subaru there and was treated wonderfully. My son-in-law also bought his Subaru there And had the same great experience. In my opinion, you shouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Love my Subaru service team @ AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head! My situation is too long to explain but I was kept informed of what was going on, they answered all my questions without making me feel dumb and I believe they were very thorough in making sure the job was done correctly not just trying to finish and get the car out. They earned my trust.

Took my 2020 Subaru into AutoNation Subaru for an oil change and power window part. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I sat in the waiting area for the service to be completed. It was a good experience and I will definitely be back.

I met the auto part manager at the gas station , he gave me his card and introduced himself and told me if I ever needed anything for my Subaru to bring it by. Dash light came on while I was driving today so I went by and spoke to Paul . He was very helpful. He was attentive and listening to my concerns. AutoNation Subaru is always easy to deal with. I made a convenient appointment online, showed up and they took my car right away. Being told it could take a couple hours, it took less than that, which is always good!

We had a wonderful experience buying our brand new Ascent! Aside from loving the car and its quality and all of the features we did not expect, the customer service in this dealership is outstanding! They make you feel appreciated for being a customer. Everyone was professional, personable, helpful, and the manager even came up to shake our hands and introduce himself. No wonder they won BOB! HH Subaru is easy to schedule service with. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change, and was able to get my vehicle in within 48 hours. The work was performed quickly, and met all expectations.

Jeremy and John have been the most helpful, and are very attentive and hard working. If you need your work done by these individuals. They will get the best for you at the best cost!

The waiting area is very comfortable....plenty of seating and coffee and tea, snacks, etc. They even gave us all a donut! Plus all of my car issues were addressed, even one I didn't know about.

I wanted thank Steve Fagan!!! He went above and beyond to help my sister with her 2023 Subaru Impreza. Without making this really long, it shows that there are still good people out here in the world, and don't give up hope even when it feels like the darkest days.
