Wendy's

This is my favorite Wendy's. I go out of my way for breakfast or lunch. The one that is closer to me is like 3 star at best. This one is much better, the staff is usually always friendly, best breakfast, place is clean. I don't know why anyone would eat McDs or BKs breakfast yeck. The lunch at this location is really good too. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Apple Pecan Salad online. It was great. Excellent service too.

I really appreciated the customer service provided by Ms. Wanda. She was helpful, efficient, and fast:). It’s so hard to find individuals that take pride in the service they provide, so this experience was a breath of fresh air!

Michayla was so sweet and nice helped me with my order. She was working hard and helped my daughter with an extra straw. She was cleaning the lobby area and paid very close to the details!!! This is our Wendy! Thanks

I ordered food from the Bluffton store, got home and my Chicken sandwich was Rubbery and they gave me a Diet drink.
I called the number and it would ring 1 time it would answer but nobody taking!

So I called this store tryN to get help due to the phone issue, Mrs Wanda answered and helped me out to the FULLEST, I wanted to make this post to acknowledge her kindness and values!

I’m not sure if Mrs Wanda is a Manager or a standard employee, if she’s NOT a Manager I would HIGHLY SUGGEST promoting her, she’s the type of person you definitely want rubbing your business, and training the employees!!

Although a great restaurant experience must include great food, a bad restaurant experience can be achieved through bad service alone. Ideally, service is invisible. You notice it only when something goes wrong however, this post is to recognize Kamoni Inabinet for being an exceptional asset to the company... Thanks for being so willing to accommodate our request! Management please promote this young man....

I get my breakfast here. They are always very nice. One thing I can say is that the frostychino is gross. But, that is on Wendy's.. not the service of this particular establishment.
I kinda like seeing all the Sun City crowd go through the drive through on their gold carts. It reminds me to stop and smell the flowers. It also reminds me that I live in a really beautiful area and that there are worse places to have to live/work !

This is a very good Wendy's. Food was hot and freshly made. Staff is friendly and efficient. If you have to wait on anything, like say some fresh hot fries, it is brought directly to your table.

Great service & food! It is always a short wait to get food here even when there is a good amount of people in the restaurant. The food is well prepared & there is a larger selection of sweet drinks here compared to other fast food restaurants. I recommend it!

Issue with this Wendy's is the parking lot and the fact that it is next to Sun City! That is a great issue for Sun City residents in their golf carts for breakfast. They pack the place every morning.
Come lunch time there is so much work going on at Sun City with contractors that the line to order is horrible. It's not Dave's fault he made a good food supplier, its the issue of limited food in that area and they move the line as fast as possible.
Fair price, good food, nice employees that are over whelmed with customers. If you don't have to wait then you may want to reevaluate the restaurant near Sun City at lunch time.

I can't say enough about the cashier named Mary that helped us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Wendy's could use more employees like her.

Nice and clean, fast service, food was hot and fresh. Only negative was the drink machine was out of many flavors.

I would rate this very high being the fact that their customer service is on spot and the food is actually decent there. Better than Evans way because they get so nasty

Food here is made fresh. No soggy fries and frozen frosty very frosty 🥶😆They have patience while your in the drive through and even help you make up your mind.Would recommend.
