Sam's Club

My husband and I joined Sam’s club last night. This was the first time I had ever been in a Sam’s club. I’ve been going to Costco! I found this Sam’s very similar to Costco. I will be going to this Sam’s club because it is much closer and it also has access to gas station. This facility was very clean and the manager, Ashley, couldn’t do enough for us. She processed our membership and explained in detail the benefits of being a member. We later saw her in the liquor store. Explained that this was the only Sam’s club in SC that had a liquor license. Bottom line, our first experience at Sam’s was over the top experience.

Great store with lots of options. Store offers earlier hours for specific customers.
The pick up service is very easy and saves a lot of time. This location offers auto services if needed. A new addition has been added so that customers can purchase their liquor at Sams too now!

We like to stop to pick up some fruits, bread, and veggies. And my kids love the testing stations. The best time to shop is 8:30 on Thursday.

As a Sam's Club plus member we can use the scan and go feature on our mobile. Shopping is fun, staff is friendly and helpful, and checking out is so easy with the Sam's app.

Convenient location. Stopped in here many times and they almost always have what I am looking for on hand. Love the scan and go feature as well!

Hat's off to Chris in the Meat Department. The display cooler was all out of ground chicken, which my dog loves. I spotted Chris who was in the middle of restocking another display cooler. Without hesitation he rushed into the back and brought out a box of ground chicken. My dog and I thank Chris for his special delivery! Excellent example of going out of the way to satisfy a customer in need. Thank you, Chris.

Best employee they have working there is DAVE!!If you go here find Dave he knows everything and is the most friendly & very knowledgeable

Great prices , loads of variety. Everything that a household needs under one roof. But they don't ever have Rocket/Arugula salad leaves.

I was happy to see that the food side of Sam's club was open again and I was able to enjoy the delicious hot dogs!! Also the liquor store is open and the prices are very good.

Large and modern location, everything was great, I recommend.

We are always happy with our visits to Sam's. I've never really had any issues... The prices are very reasonable. We love looking around at all the Holiday decorations as well

Well stocked and maintained. Cashiers are very helpful.

On the way to Savannah, GA we had a tire puncture. Tire could not be repaired. Ishmael was fantastic. Ishmael is very professional and genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Ishmael!

I'm impressed with the variety of products available. I like the selection of fresh fruit & vegetables. They have a good selection of prepared meals to go.12/13/22 The price for regular gas has dropped to $2.52 a gallon.

To be fair, I am a Plus member of Sam's Club, so consider this as you read. We've been to the Bluffton club at least 6 times in the past 5 months. We would shop in the afternoon and it was ridiculously crowded. It seems that they opened the doors to public after a certain hour, because they never asked to see my card. The one time that we went early in the day (8:30 am), I had to show my card and there was no crowd. Since then, we have discovered pick up service. I shop online and set up a pickup time and they get my purchases and place them in my vehicle. I even mentioned that I couldn't get my bananas and she asked if I had the app and scan and go on my phone. I said yes and she went and picked out some great bananas and we took care of it in the parking lot. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
