We recently leased a 2024 Audi SQ5. I must say, if I'm being completely honest, that of all the experiences I've had with a salesperson and management staff, this dealership is the best ever. Our salesperson was Kristen, and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I purchased or leased over 35 cars throughout the years and have never, ever, had anyone in sales go above and beyond like she did. She will truly have your best interests ahead of her own goals and make sure your buying or leasing experience is one of a kind. Even if it means purchasing a car from a different dealership, she will make sure you make the right decision and, at the end of the day, be in the vehicle that's right for you. The management team and finance department are top notch as well. They'll do whatever is right to make sure their clients are happy ones. I honestly can't recommend this dealership enough! If you're in the market for an Audi or any used car at AutoNation, please do yourself a favor and make sure you stop by and ask for Kristin. I promise you will not be disappointed.

After our daughter's car was hit and totaled in September, we were faced with the hunt for a car. After looking at a mountain of cars online, we found just what we were looking for at Audi Hilton Head. Once I sent an inquiry about the car, Aerrick Arroyo responded within minutes. When we visited Audi to see the car, we were met by Corey Chisholm outside. He heard our story and right away didn't try to hit us with a sale... but instead turned to our daughter and expressed that he was so glad she had not been hurt in the wreck. After that, we had nothing but outstanding service from Corey Chisholm in sales and Andrew Jones in Finance. There were other associates around who were so nice and welcoming even though they weren't directly involved with our sale. If you want a seamless, pleasant experience, go and seek these people out! My experience at Auto nation of Hilton Head was out standing from the service writer to the technician. Took my a5 in to get an alignment they were very respectful and kind to me. I have taken my car every time I need service done or any repair makes and they will keep me up to date on it.I never had bad service with them since I bought my car now I started taking my truck to them for service.

I recently took my Q5 in for the 35k miles service. The waiting area was very comfortable and had several different choices of drinks and snacks. My car was completed quickly and without any problems. The service rep was very professional and helpful. Overall the visit was very pleasant.

We had to travel from Charleston to Audi Hilton Head because of our warranty. We were excited to purchase our 2021 Audi A5 sportback, but there was an issue at the time of purchase. The service we received at Audi was outstanding. We were pleased, especially since we were not treated very well at the Charleston Audi. Thank you for giving us the experience we had expected. We are happy to say our vehicle now runs perfect. We will be making the trip in the future for the wonderful treatment!!!

Fantastic car buying experience, bought a Camaro ZL1 remotely from this dealership for delivery to Florida and the salesperson(Trevor) did a great job. Flawless pictures and communication throughout the transaction. I also work in the car business and shopped 4 different dealerships with the model car I was after and Trevor’s experience was by far and away the best of the bunch. Sent pictures of the small blemishes on the car without me even asking, now that’s an honest salesperson!! Ask for him when you visit.

Secured me a good rate on the car and worked with me on every step of the process despite how busy they were. We just bought our 3rd Audi from Audi Hilton Head and we had another excellent experience. We brought our e-Tron in for a regular check-up and wound up leaving with an A6 Wagon (trading in our Volvo wagon which we didn't love). The purchase/trade-in process was quick and seamless. Kristin did a great job of helping us find the right car for us!

Very professional dealership. I was an out of town buyer. My salesman, Michael Aldridge picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. My Q5 was in the showroom when I arrived.. great touch! The finance manager had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. My wife and I went to the dealer yesterday to check what car I wanted. I want an A3 Premium plus FWD with the full option to tow to my RV. Trevor Jackson was my sales person and he was very professional and tried to help us out very sincerely.
It was so impressive to me and I bought the car at that moment.
Also CFS manager Andrew Jones was so kind and professional.
I live in Aiken about 120 miles away from the dealer so before I bought the car I was worried about how to bring the car to my house and they delivered the car around noon today.
I am so thankful for that.

and traded in our old 2017 Q7 with its 100,000 miles. Best car I have ever owned.

My experience was a memorable one to say the least. I was very undecided between a BMW X5 and an Audi Q5. But my salesperson Trevor Jackson is excellent and the most patient and accommodating salesman I have ever came across. First of all, my trust with Audi was tremendously limited from the experiences I had with Audi in south Florida.
The kindness and professionalism i experienced twice at the service dpt of Audi Hilton Head, SC (close to Savannah, Ga) blew me completely away, indeed!
I didn’t expect to encounter such genuinely amazing people who took into consideration the fact i was far from home I was stranded with my car that needed good repairs asap since I was on the road heading Michigan and coming from South Florida. Even my friends living in Savannah were impressed by the way I have been treated. Believe me, I felt blessed at that moment and I am still feeling very grateful I was taken care of by Aimee, indeed; Steve and also the technician Drew very friendly who did an amazing job.
