This is what service used to be like. Good people doing great work. They are consistent and courteous watching out for your needs. Thank you Jason for fitting me in and serving my daughters vehicle. Now I am confident she’ll be safe in her vehicle.

Update - Goodyear replaced all 4 tires under the Road Hazard after reaching out to me. I am impressed with their customer service!

I've used these guys three times now with two different vehicles and they seem consistent with not checking tire pressure and leaving caps off tires. As soon as I get home I have to inflate the tires. This last time on 11/04/23, they replaced 3 defective Goodyear Assurance - top of the line tires rated at 90,000 miles. These only had 35,000 miles so now I've got 3 new tires and one with 35,000 miles and I had to pay for the road hazard again! It would seem if you buy insurance, the insurance would pay for insurance and not have to pay for it again because you had to use it! These tires were defective and had bubbles pushing out on the sidewalls!!

Jason, who is apparently the new store manger, is fantastic! Honesty is something we all fear in mechanic shops. He will educate you. No one else is touching my truck. Business = relationships. Relationships = Trust. Trust = Jason at Goodyear.

Have been here a few times over the years for different issues, service advisors have always been helpful and friendly and I have been in and out in a short amount time even when I did not have an appointment, will keep coming here in the future when needed.

Took my truck in to get a tire looked at for a warranty claim. Talked to the manager, Jason, and he was able to get me a new tire for a prorated price. The tire had to be ordered and he was able to get it and replace the same day. Excellent customer service!!! They were quick and professional. I will definitely return when I need new tires for my truck!!

Great customer service. The store manager was very helpful in determining our exact problem with my wife's vehicle. He assured us they would fix the issue and he delivered. We had previously taken it to the dealership service department and they quoted me an enormous amount for the repairs, basically half the cost of what the vehicle is worth. I declined repairs and contacted Goodyear to see if they did strut/shock replacement, which they do. But come to find out , the technician at Goodyear was able to diagnose and fix the problems for 10 times less than what the dealership quoted me. Hays of to the staff at this location . Jason Gonzales and his team was great. Jason was kind professional and patient. He could tell I really didn’t want to wait long but his patience and calm demeanor was eager to get my tire taken care of and not just make another dollar.

Very good service and manager very knowledgeable and informative of our situation. I felt we were informed about our problem and presented with a solution. We had front brakes replaced with rotors with complete information. We also had oil changed. We were happy with work that had been done about month ago so we decided to come back for service. We drove 80 miles because of care we were given before. We have told friends about service we received. Thing they may follow our lead. Everybody was nice and place was very clean. Their highly qualified staff brings a level of knowledge and experience that not only gives you a sense of security but a sense of relief knowing that your vehicle will be taken care of. Their management is top notch. Just ask for Jason or Doug. They'll treat you like family whether it's your first time there or your one hundredth time there. Jason and his staff are top notch. Excellent knowledge and efficiency. They work hard to get things done right and in a reasonable timeframe. I always have a great experience with this Goodyear because the staff is personable and friendly - delivering outstanding customer service.

I usually hate getting my car serviced, but no longer. I needed new tires and decided to try Goodyear instead of going to the dealership---and that was a genius move. The manager Jason Gonzales gave me great advice--and didn't take advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. I have brought my car back three times since then for other issues and all were taken care of quickly and fairly.

Both managers were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I came in complaining of a wobble in the front end and the Service Manager, Doug, took me for a test drive to isolate the problem. Turns out it was not a problem with the drive train -- I just needed an alignment. I also bought 3 new tires since they could do it quickly. They had me in and out in an hour and a 1/2. Neither my mother nor I will take our cars anyplace else.

Went in for front tires alignment. Tech noticed inner ty-rods need replacing. I will return for work up when home A/C repaired. Very good help and service management.

The Goodyear Auto Service on Toepperwein Rd was able to repair my tire from a screw/bolt stick in it causing a slow leak. They were able to fix it quickly and within the timeframe I was initially told. Service was very quick and they were really professional!

Excellent service, very nice and honest people. Took my 2008 KIA to them, actually had to have it towed after Sears left me with a brake pedal that went completely to the floor then told me I needed to take my car to the dealership because KIA had to order a new ABS module for it. My brake pedal was fine before taking it to them😣 They were able to fix the pedal back to where it was AND order the KIA ABS. Thank you Goodyear!

Stopped to get car checked for noise. The manager was very polite the staff handled my problem professionally. I had messed up my muffler brackets. The guys handled it quickly. I was on the road again. I’ll be coming back for tires and service. Thanks to all.

I have been building my truck for several years and do not trust many people to work on it. I recently lowered the truck which meant it needed a front end alignment. The gentleman at this shop were able to do what three other shops including the dealer was not able to do. I recommend this shop to anyone I meet looking for reliable, honest people.
