Rachel was awesome she made us a pizza and showed us what it looked like before she made it and helped us choose the right pizza we wanted and after she made sure we had some plates and napkins. So friendly and very helpful

Went to another 7-Eleven and they had the doors closed with a sign saying system down. Went ahead and came over to this one and they were open. Walked in and was greeted nicely. Grabbed what I went for which was some their mini tacos. They made them fresh for me since they didn't have any made and very polite about it. I do plan to go again as they did exactly what I needed. Was a good experience all around. Not sure why everyone is giving it hate.

Staff is extremely friendly, store was clean and being restocked as I walked in.

I just want everyone to know it is under new management and they are working hard on trying to make it better.All they ask is to have patience and understanding during this transition.

Never really had a problem, the only thing is that the cashier didn't know how to load money onto my card the last two times. Store is pretty clean and they seem to have fresher food than others. Never had a complaint with the service but it wasn't outstanding either. A good store for a quick thing.

The last two deliveries I had from this location was not delivered completely. And when I tried to call them I got no answer and that’s on both occasions. And when I spoke to both delivery drivers they said that the sales associate rude and not helpful. I’ll never be going to this location again.

Husband went in and requested gas with cash back. Melinda did the cash back first and then without asking what form of payment I would like to use for gas she just used my cash back! Like why would I want cash back just to put it towards gas when I could have just used my card!! When confronted she refused to issue a refund and process the payment on my card then threatened to call the cops because she didn't want to accept that she screwed up. Even the other customers told her she was in the wrong!! Horrible customer service, no wonder the reviews are so bad....

Literally absolutely zero customer service skills. Kiddo behind register was on his phone during transaction; never said a word and got an attitude when I respectfully asked for a bag. Stay away from here, MUCH better gas stations in this exact area.

Store Stinks, smells like mold. Poor customer service. Girl that works nights (no name tag by the way) says her name was "Sing," has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is a store across the street. I'll just go there.

This place has gone downhill since new owners took over. No customer service skills. Place is dirty, gas pumps are dirty, trash seems to always be full, tree branches are low, restrooms are terrible,, to much to list. I'm getting my fuel across the highway from now on now at Quicktrip.

Need to check your employees over charging for refills. Then try to make it like i can't read. WHEN IT SAID REFILLS .99 FOR A 52 OZ OR LESS IS THE SMALL SO WHY SHE CHARGER ME 1.29 FOR A 42 OZ. SMH THEN WAS LIKE I WAS WRONG AND DIDNT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. WOW REALLY NEED TO TRAIN THEM AGAIN!!!!!
