I WAS ON HOLD FOR SOME TIME BUT EDDIE WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE. I RECV'D A "THANKS FOR HOLDING" AND HIS PHONE MANNERS WERE GREAT!

I have been using this pharmacy for many years. Everyone there is very kind. They remember me everytime I walk in and I know if I need something they are there to help! They are always very busy but do their best to get things done quickly and to the best of their abilities.

prescripsions are always on time. The store is very clean . The staff is professional.

CVS on kitty Hawk has gone above my expectations. Going through a sickness now and been getting all my medications at cvs this place has an outstanding customer service all though sometimes its hard to find bilingual customer service since my wife is more fluent in spanish and with a growing hispanic population all over san antonio it is crucial to speak to someone you really do understand that's for the ones that don't speak good English. But They really are professionals when it comes to providing you with all your medications besides vitamins and over the counter goodies as well as being a convenient store.

Went in with my husband a little early for my booster shot. Was extremely pleased with Constantine. Super sweet and friendly guy who helped us right away even tho our appt was scheduled a little later than when we arrived. Got both my Covid and Flu shot. My husband also lost his vaccination card and Constantine was super thoughtful in filling out the info from previous vaccinations. Overall, I've never had a problem with this CVS on Kitty Hawk. Had all my vaccinations here. A good place to go. Also store is extremely organized and clean.

Dr Josephine was very professional and considerate. I would only wish that someone of her caliber will be there for future vaccinations and advice.

The pharmacy is a disaster, gone from great to a mess ! They are rude, incompetent and a waste of time. Transfer your RX’s to any HEB! CVS will back order your most critical meds . It’s a cluster

I love this cvs, customer service is amazing every time, everything is always stocked and they are so quick to assist you, i got my second shot here and i was so scared Constantine not only effectively calmed me but i did not feel no pain!

Went in to get my booster today and Constantine was great didn't feel a thing.Our CVS team is the best!
