Providence Dental Care

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gunnels at Providence Dental care for several years. He is the sweetest man and the rest of his staff there are all great! We started taking our daughter at 2.5 years and she loves to go to the dentist. They have TVs on the ceiling that they will turn cartoons on, kids toothbrushes and a treasure chest at the end! Today was my 2 year old son’s first time at the dentist. His older sister talked it up but he still wasn’t enthused. Michelle was our hygienist and was amazing with my son. He wanted to get his teeth cleaned before me and did everything Michelle asked. She made it such a great first experience at the dentist!! To me that my kids love going to the dentist speaks volumes about Providence Dental Care!

First time. Very nice dental office setting, much prefer this individual walled off chairs to the open rooms with chairs. Dr. Bierlein is very knowledgeable, explained all issues in depth, and interacts well with patients, as does his staff. Very modern equipment.

This office spoke cleanliness and comfort. Everyone was very friendly and personable from the front desk to the back. My daughter felt a sense of warmth wirh decreased anxiety during her fill-ins. She loves her dental hygienist.

I visited this practice today. First thing I noticed was the beautiful building. I was nicely greeted when I walked in the door. I didn’t wait but 5 minutes or less for Sara the hygienist to greet me and walked me to the back room. The inside of the office is beautiful as well. Sara did a fantastic job with getting to know my oral history, the cleaning and explaining what was going on in my mouth. It was a great experience, I’m a senior and she explained things I’d never heard before. Dr Bierlein gave me an excellent exam, asked great questions and provided a dental plan for my teeth. I was glad to be given more information about my mouth. All in all, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful to find this practice from searching the internet.

I have been apart of this office for 10+ years. Never any issues with my dental work, staff is wonderful, and overall a great experience. Prayers to Dr Gunnels and family for a fast recovery!

Wonderful hospitality! No one else has offered me dark glasses 🤓 and a warm blanket while I get my teeth cleaned or fixed. But this dentist experience is wonderful. Beautiful facility, friendly staff and helpful, over the top in customer service. Also my crown experience was the best ever! All in one sitting and perfect. Can’t even tell it’s there!

I had Heather today and this was probably the most thorough cleaning I feel like I’ve had in a long time. I have good teeth and gums so it seems like hygienists take it easy and don’t always give me a good enough cleaning. Not this time! Heather was thorough, gentle but cleaned well, really friendly but not so much that I couldn’t answer because her hands were in my mouth, and she gave me dark glasses to wear. I’ve never had someone give me dark glasses to wear when cleaning my teeth, but what a difference it made to not have that bright light shining in my eyes. Such a pleasant experience and Heather is fantastic!!

I am 85 years old and I’ve never had such wonderful care in my life. The doctor and staff were so kind and thoughtful. The work was spectacular.

Since moving to TN, I went to 2 local dentists....neither ever felt like my place. I was since referred to Providence Dental from a friend and so I checked them out. I love them !! The building is beautiful, clean and more importantly the staff is so nice, friendly and professional. Also note they don't try and oversell services.
Yes... Providence Dental is "MY PLACE" now !!!!
