I came thru the drive thru just now at620pm. The guy working the window handing out the food was so nice. He liked my little Chihuahua. Thank you for being kind to us.

This McDonald’s is one of the best that I have been to in terms of service and food quality. The lady who took my order was incredibly kind. While I don’t know her name, I know she travels 30 miles from Nashville to get to work each day. All employees should have such a positive and uplifting attitude. And the lady who handed me my food? Also a ray of sunshine. My food was freshly made, hot and cooked to perfection. Not all McDonald’s are like this, this one surely stands out. When I am in Smyrna, it’s worth a stop. Highly recommend.

I will definitely return to this location and everything was fresh along with the excellent service of the employees working there, especially Cielo and the girl in the front counter. All food was received in a timely manner.

This is one of our "go to" McDonald's locations. Particularly when we are starting a road trip East. The food is accurate (very important when you don't open the bag until after you get on I-840. The smiles are genuine and we are thankful for all the friends at McD's-Smyrna.

Thank God they finally brought back their breakfast bagels!!!

Looking for a dime in place to eat. After checking a couple others we found the dining area was open. We were pleasantly greated. We placed our orders and drinks wet served before we sat down. The dinning area was clean and well stocked with condiments. Our orders were called out and picked up at counter. Food was hot and fresh. Good dinning experience.

I went through the drive thru to get food for my family and requested five pumpkin pies. They are delicious by the way. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and funny and helpful and told them I needed the pies. They said they have them in the oven and for me to pull up and wait which I didn't mind doing at all. After a few minutes he comes out and says they JUST put them in and asked if I wanted apple pies instead. I said sure no problem and was understanding about it. Still a 10/10

I've seen a great improvement in this location over the past year. Friendly, fast service, (most of the time, but please give them grace) and hot food.

The young lady who took our order today was professional and super helpful. She is friendly with a smile on her face as we paid. Best McDonalds EVER!!!

The place was clean and neat looking, the employees were easy going and nice, and the food was great. I have nothing but positive things to say, I enjoyed this McDonald's 👍👍

I love this location (Smyrna TN Lowery St). The staff is super friendly and the Manager (was on shift 2/19 around 8:30pm) keeps things in order very well. I've seen her on other shifts and she is always upbeat with the crew and keeps a good pace going.

The service was great actually. They messed up my drink, and made me a new one and then offered to let my daughter have the one that was messed up free of charge instead of throwing it out. Turned out well for us. The rest of our order was perfect.

This McDonald's is the best in Smyrna by far! Toby is always very friendly and sweet in the drive thru. He always has a smile on his face, even when its freezing cold outside. I appreciate his customer service and he is the major reason we changed to this location from the one off of the interstate. The prices are about $2 cheaper which makes it definitely worth a little more of a drive. I recommend you try this location and you won't regret your decision.

It's McAdee's, simple. My food was pretty good. I was so hungry, consumed before arriving at work. So ..guess it was 👍........Staff was quite friendly and courteous.

We had arrived 3-4 minutes before they closed and they were absolutely kind didn't rush us they were awesome especially the lady at drive through it's like she knew my youngest wasn't feeling well and asked how she was feeling when she gave me the happy meal I will say she is one of the best employees I have encountered there and management there the best that side of town friendly and will take time to explain if you don't understand anything awesome keep it up you changed my mind about not going through drive through now if other McDonald's can will learn from you we'd have it made I will drive the extra minutes from LaVergne to this McDonald's

I will have to say, this one location always gets my order correct 💯

I eat breakfast there several mornings a week and it's always prompt, good, and hot.

Food is always fresh and the employees are friendly I go to this McDonald's more often than I do the one in La vergne little bit more of a drive but it's well worth it so I know my order is correct

I don't normally give McDonald's ANYWHERE 5 stars as they're not normally deserving, however this last drive thru experience was the best I've ever had at a McD's. It was quick, but not to quick. You know the foods just sitting there if it's to quick. Lol The fries were hot, the right amount of salt, the burger was fresh and juicy (Not greasy) and the bun was soft. Maybe I just lucked out this one time but worth a try to stop by if your close.
