Clean, neat store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I liked that he pointed out the Mature rating on the product, to ensure it was what I intended to purchase.

I always have enjoyed this location and its employees. Its been awhile since I came in, but today stood out to me as I met and talked with Sam. She was honestly one of the most genuine people I've ever met. Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the conversation and fellowship of what only a brick and mortar store can offer. Can't wait to return for my gamestop needs.

They are really nice, had everything in stock. Samantha is really sweet, I had a good conversation with her. The other girl who rung me up was really funny, and the store manager (I think he was the store manager?) was very professional. I always have a good GameStop experience, but this one stood out as even nicer.

I won't knock off stars because Game Stop corporate is hot garbage. Sam was the nicest employee I've ever interacted with at a Game Stop. Really made my day. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If I need a used game, I know which location I'm stopping by from now on!

Haven't had much luck at GameStop as of late. But this was a good trip. Morgan was awesome and helped me decide on what to get after chatting for a bit. Highly recommend going there, especially when she is working!

We purchased a Nintendo Switch today. Jason was awesome! I have dealt with this store before and they go above and beyond for the customer! I however will not be posting the same for the hermitage store where we will never go back again! Thank you Mt.Juliet GameStop and Jason! Y'all are awesome!

Gamestop is Gamestop, they don't really have everything you want but they sometimes have pretty good deals. This store gets a higher rating though because the employees were much nicer and more interactive with the customers than the other stores I've been in.

Great experience every time I walk in the store. Great help an always greeted with a big smile an great customer service.

I'm a big fan of sales people that know when to talk and when to let you be, the guy that helped me got it right.

I love coming into these stores. I am a gamer and the employees are always excited to talk to me about games and they are always welcoming and friendly.

Went there couple days ago,was getting a couple of PS3 games because they didn't have whatever AJ was looking for as I'm paying for the games the dude behind me said just give me what cash you have and I will pay for it with my card I had like 23 dollars cash the total was 34 he said go ahead 4real Thanks man.
