Excellent customer service once I was able to get someone on the phone each time I called to get information on a large purchase and place the order. Once you get in the store it was great, they were very attentive and friendly and volunteered to get help taking the purchase to my vehicle. Also excellent lawn & garden section- be sure to check out the clearance section of plants. They do need a little bit more love, but you'll get a significant discount.

They also have the largest selection of grills I've seen at any Lowe's (see my pics).

Brian and Rewanda were awesome, Mt Juliet Lowes. They both went out of their way helping me find the right portable battery charger. This is why I will definitely drive the extra mile from Hermitage, TN to the one in Mt Juliet. They definitely will ask if they don't know the answer to make sure I have the correct product.

Hoover redeemed the store's reputation by giving excellent service and handling what would have been disgruntled customers.( Namely myself and a coworker) Lowe's can do themselves a favor by hiring and retaining more like him! He deserves a bonus!

I went to Lowe’s to find some plants to fill my newly acquired iron plant wall. Within a minute, Jenny shows up so excited to help. She was so informative. She knew all about all the plants! It was like I was walking around with my best friend taking in all the knowledge she was offering. Thanks so much Jenny for being so awesome! The plant wall looks great!

Sadly nostalgia employees have no idea how to help a customer. I called customer service, asked somebody for help. They sent a random employee that literally had only been working their hours. Who knew nothing to trying to help me? He tried the best he could but he didn't know anything.

Lowes had the 570bts husq blower on sale. They wouldn't give me the military discount but did shave a little off. A CSR actually approached and asked if he could help me. Blane, the dept mgr and the csr spent time with me answering questions, etc. A few days after I made the purchase, I noticed husq would extend my warranty 3 years if I purchased their fuel. I returned the blower, got the fuel and they rang it up again. They took good care of me.Thanks guys!

Lowe's is definitely my favorite hardware store. Great deals but also military discount with no limit. I appreciate the discount and no limit like Another hardware store (home Depot). Also veteran parking right up front. Love stores that take care of veterans.

The customer service in the lawn and garden area was fantastic yesterday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Bill was absolutely amazing and helpful. I love this store so much! The people they have working here are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and I had an amazing visit. I will definitely be spending more time here. Especially as a woman, and never being taught how to fix things myself it’s a huge help to have employees so willing to help me and not treat me like an idiot. Bill was exceptional!

Not everything goes as planned. We purchased a refrigerator to be delivered. Delivery day came and went with no contact or explanation from the outsourced delivery service as to why they didn’t show up. I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Brian McIntyre. He handled the situation very professionally. Rather than wait for another schedule date, I called a friend with a truck, and Brian not only helped us load the new refrigerator, he offered to dispose of our old one if we brought it back to the store, which honestly, that is often times the most challenging part of replacing appliances. When we brought the old one back, he unloaded it for us too. Very impressed with the way Lowes, and specifically Brian, handled our situation. It’s great to work with people who still care.

I used to go to another big home improvement store, but now I only go to Lowes. Stores are clean and everything is put up in bins where it should be.
I can find anything I need for the house very easily! Thank you Lowe's, Also thanks for the rows and rows of clearance items, we are remodeling and Lowes has all the kitchen and bath good!! If I need building materials, filters, appliances it's lowes for me!

I always use these friendly, great attitude employees and company for all our home improvement needs. Great selection and updated appliances.

I am extremely satisfied with my Lowes in Mt. Juliet, TN experience. Specifically, with Blaine, the Mt. Juliet department manager. Blaine goes above and beyond for his customers. When talking with customers, he always has a smile on his face and always knows what I am looking for, even if I don’t know the exact name of the product! When he found out I needed buckets for my school's field day and was spending my own money, he was able to get them donated!!! This teacher really appreciated this and will be a life-long customer of Lowes. Thank you Blaine and Lowes!!! Every Lowes needs a department manager like Blaine!

Jenny in the garden department was terrific! She helped us with everything we needed and made the process so smooth!

I recently just moved here and lost the screws to my bed frame and needed help finding the right ones. Went in with a piece of the frame and a worker asked if I needed help. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to get me the right pieces, now I have a working bed frame. The guy who helped me deserves a raise
