Rack Room Shoes

I once rated Rack Room with three stars, however the manager and staff really went the distance with customer service on obtaining an out-of-stock pair of shoes foe my son.

The have both high and low end brands, with lots of BOGO and Buy one get 50% off second pair. My family purchases shoes here often.

I were looking for dress shoes for my daughter. She wears a 12 and they are hard to find. I did not think they would have them but gave it a shot. They had a pair! Great selection, friendly staff. On the BOGO 50% off...you have 7-10 days to bring in receipt for the second pair. Also can be used at Off Broadway. Positive experience. I will shop here again.

Staff is very attentive and courteous. Remember if you are a veteran, discount available on Tuesday only. If you live in the area though, you can purchase any day and return on Tuesday if you want. I think that's kind of odd, but that's their policy.

Most shoes are buy one get one 50% off. That's three best way to shop at this store to get best value.

Found the kids both a pair of sandals today. The staff were friendly and available without being overbearing. Both kids walked away happy and I like the quality of their brands so win/win.

Had to make an exchange, it was quick and painless. The shoes were on sale, so was given $16 back.
