Favorite target of all great selection of everything and very friendly staff

Shop frequently at this Mt Juliet store location and have noticed a lot of improvement on the cleanliness and organization of the store. Even before the holiday season there were more
associates on the floor asking if I needed help and/or and more manning registers. I don’t mind self check out unless I have a huge buggy full so really appreciate more lanes open with real people.

Margaret at self checkout went above and beyond to assist me with my big purchase, considering the fact that i am handicap she helped me get my purchased scanned and bagged, she definitely deserves a raise!

I ordered the wrong color and returned the item, it was fast, easy and the employee was Amazing 🤍

This Target Store is always clean, organized and the shelves are kept well stocked. There are always plenty of end caps featuring clearance items and in store signage for sales and coupons are accurately displayed during the correct sale periods. The store layout is functional, mostly self checkout options with additional cashiers on hand and available to check you out during busier times of the day. There is a Starbucks located inside the store.

This location is awesome. They had the gift for my baby registry packed and all we had to do was scan it and I was on my way. I am very happy with my baby registry gift. I am very happy with my purchases today that I made in store! I love love that Target price matches and the app online w/ Target Circle offers has awesome deals and coupons. The Starbucks inside the store ACTUALLY had the ingredients to make the drink I had went to 5 different locations for and they didn’t have it. So I was stoked about that. It was very clean - the entire store was neat, clean, and organized. Has a very wide variety of stuff & all the staff is nice and helpful, very happy with my target experience today !

I felt a seizure coming on in the Mt Juliet store this afternoon while I was checking out. I told the cashier this and told her that I did not need sn ambulance. Rather, I needed to have something to write my husband's phone number on as my phone had just did. She proceeded to give me the paper and then asked If I needed someone to help me to my car. She gave my husband's phone number to the Team Lead, Calvin, who walked me in the rain to my car and allowed me to use his phone to call my husband. He then waited with me while I had a seizure and was not afraid of it. We had great conversation once the seizure subsided while we waited for my husband to come and drive me home. My faith in the kindness of humanity was increased today by the 2 helpful employees at Target as well as a lady in line behind me who offered me a ride home. Blessings to all of you!

Excellent products! I adore shopping at Target, even if I always end up spending way more than I intended. The dollar section had some adorable fall decor that my living room is now decorated with, and I got a great deal on detergent. Everyone I talked to was super helpful, and the grocery section at the store is actually really great and has a surprising amount of variety!

This is the best Target I have ever been to and I am so thankful it is my home Target. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are very courteous and the customer service team is outstanding. They all go out of their way to ensure each guest is taken care of. Thank you so much! I will keep coming back to shop at this Target because of this outstanding service. The music and Starbucks are a nice addition to my shopping experience too! 😉

Ok so I needed to know where baby toys were and the lady in the customer pickup was so nice. She took me there! Then when I was checking out, The checkout lady was precious! I didn’t know how to do the Target Circle and she did it for me and I saved almost $11. That means a lot to me. I was laid off and that little money plus her precious personality made this old 67 y.o. lady very happy. Her name is beautiful but I forgot it already. It begins with an A, I do remember that! Please find out who she is and give her something for being so sweet!

This place was an exceptional target experience. Well stocked and very friendly and efficient employees! That’s hard to find these days!

We returned an item then checked out the electronics for some new earbuds. Spencer the worker bee was very knowledgeable and helpful. And did I mention patient as we asked so many questions? He was so good, we walked out with some fancy Bose earbuds!!

Admittedly I have been a fan of Target for a long time. This Target did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Super clean and well-lit store. Thanks for always being reliable!

EDIT: I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 because I have noticed a HUGE difference in this location. Shelves are normally stocked appropriately, the store itself is clean, and the staff is always friendly. Needless to say, I am a satisfied Target customer again and Target is always my first stop when shopping again! I even got myself a Redcard!

I am so disappointed that this Target is so filthy and that the shelves are never fully stocked. Target has been our entire family's "go to" store for YEARS. We are originally from Iowa (specifically Fort Dodge/Des Moines area), and the Target stores there have NEVER been this bad. Mt. Juliet is such a nice area I absolutely expect more out of this store. We rarely make Target our first stop anymore due to this. We have lived in TN for over 3 years and I have given this Target more than a fair shot.
So disappointed.

I had a big problem with my trailer tires. Pulled into Discount Tire at 4:15 and bought a full set of 8 tires. They were awesome and had me on the road very quickly. I have bought many tires from this chain from various locations. I've never had a bad experience.

The pharmacy, every single member behind that counter is amazing! They are kind informative and ready to help every time I come in with questions or concerns they are there and knowledgeable. Which to me is found few and far between these days. I have been officially converted from a Walgreen's diehard to a CVS forever customer solely because of the pharmacy in itself!
