Dr. Richards sees both of my children and we love her. She has a great bedside manner and is always so sweet and caring. Maribel, in the front office is fantastic. Having worked in medical offices in the past, I have an appreciation for her thoroughness. When we changed our insurance recently, she called a day before the appointment to give me an EOB, even though she didn’t have to. Love this office all around.

Dr. Richards has been my Sons Pediatrician since he was born. She is very thorough and explores every option where his health is concerned.

We enjoy her and her staff and look forward to continuing With her being our Son’s pediatrician.

I have been visiting Dr. Wakefield since last summer for my 2 year old. He recently started daycare and started getting sick more often. Last month, he got sick again, had fever for 5 days straight and finally I took an appt with Dr. Wakefield. I felt like she wasn't concerned about my son's health that she told me to just wait and there is nothing to do unless anything changes or if he experiences sore throat or something. My 2.5 year old hasn't started talking yet and I wasn't sure how he would be able to convey that to me. He was not eating or drinking enough and with a 102 temperature I was afraid of him getting dehydrated. Long story short, I waited few more days and finally without seeing much improvement and him getting more weak, I ended up taking him to Medical City Children's hospital where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and severe dehydration. He got admitted right away and spent 2 days at the hospital followed by 2 weeks antibiotic and breathing treatments. My son got better now but haven't started going back to day care yet.

I payed around 5k for the hospital stay and felt like it could have been avoided by a proper diagnosis by a responsible physician at the right time. Now I need to find another primary care for my son.

I hope no other mom have to go through what I did with my young one. Seeing my little baby in the hospital bed with needles (IV) in his tiny hand was very difficult and he didn't even had the energy to cry or resist when he was poked multiple times while trying to get the IV in place.
